I can only say very positive things about this place which has established itself in Ziplo in just a few months. First of all, the quality of service and the staff who take great care of us: Cyril and his team are really welcoming! Then the dishes offered: we can highlight the variety and quality of the dishes: succulent pizzas, daily specials and varied and very appetizing suggestions. We finally come here for the really nice atmosphere which gives this industrial area a real breath of fresh air! It is almost imperative to reserve at lunchtime if you want space. Gentlemen, Ladies of Gradi24, you are victims of your success.... I say BRAVO. I recommend 100%

Superb Italian cuisine, impeccable service, a little noisy on a weekday lunchtime but that's a sign of the establishment's success! And what a lemon tart! Big up to our lovely waitress Sabrina!

The setting is very pleasant with beautiful decorations. It's very nice to see this during the time of absence in our discussions 😬 We had the opportunity to experience the service and meals in the "rush" on several occasions and we were surprised by the kindness and advice of the catering staff as well as the quality of the food. The restaurant combines a pretty incredible bakery. It should be remembered that the sauces and dishes are homemade and believe me it shows. I will return there because many criteria are met. I recommend trying and discovering this place

I've ordered takeout from the restaurant several times, but I've noticed a decline in quality. In my opinion, the quality-to-price ratio is not balanced. Unfortunately, I've been disappointed with the food in my last three orders, and I've shared my feedback with the counter staff each time.

Top-notch cuisine a plus for plans-les-ouates

The place is pretty. I'm over the Calzone pizza: there was more pizza dough than ingredients. I reported it to pizza yello for him it was not a problem. The price does not meet my expectations.

We reserved a table for two for lunch in the middle of the week before the Christmas weekend and appreciated the setting, the welcome, the service, the cuisine ("homemade" fries cooked twice "Belgian style", excellent cheek of pork with mustard sauce) and a very good QUALITY/Price ratio. The restaurant was 99% full and everyone (customers and staff) were comfortable and relaxed. We will come back and thank you again!

Delighted that this restaurant / bakery has opened in the industrial zone of Plan-les-Ouates! All the dishes and the window are really tempting and it's nice to find fresh, homemade pasta. The pasta boxes are delicious, and the desserts too, it's worth the detour. I would come back without hesitation

The menu is nice and the food is good. But you have to have time! The servers are, for the most part, friendly, when they are not too tense from the overload of activity. Please hire... It's slow, too slow... Half an hour for everything: for the order to be taken, to have the drinks (aperitifs) which are ultimately served after the dishes, to have another round then that you have finished eating, to have the coffees and desserts, to pay... Moreover, what is the point of booking for a group only to have to wait upon arriving for the waiter to re-organize all the tables and chairs in order to accommodate us ... We tested several times and decided not to go back for several months to see if the situation would have improved by then. I will revise my opinion at that time.

Great location, beautiful presentation for the multiple hot/cold take-away options (including fresh bread!) and the food is delicious. It’s obvious that a lot of attention and care goes into this place, and the staff is just super friendly and helpful. Love Gradi24!
