It was the only place far and wide in the whole of Valais where you could still eat well and eat deliciously and elegantly. Both father and son, they cook truly wonderfully. The best of the best. However, we no longer recommend the fillet since the supplier changed, what a shame! However, the lamb fillet on the bone or entrecôte was so fine and soft, simply wonderful, that we thought it was a fillet. We would have liked to have paid a little more, a smaller portion of meat, but then the old first class quality. But as I said, the new meat no longer suits us, so we gave it to the dog, and the third time he didn't even eat it. When we left it on the plate with the cold vegetables, the waiter became very mushy without any comment from us. I don't need to be insulted if I give my honest opinion when asked the second time. Craftsmanship at its finest, that was once when the father was always there. A must, an insider tip, that's it... Best quality except for the fillet of beef and the finest taste with the finest spices, everything planted in-house and handmade. Unfortunately, because of the rudeness of the two people serving, and it wasn't the first time, I have to revise my good review and from what was previously 5 stars and the best review for the whole of Valais, there are now only 3 points. I can't go there anymore, because if we want to enjoy an evening we don't need any nasty comments. It's a shame the father isn't around much anymore, he was very professional and everything went smoothly. He held everything together. It's like when the cat is out of the house, the mice dance on the table.

Very bad owner and chef (Mr. Giannis). So, i was working there for some time..very bad quality food in high prices, Giannis is really unprofessional in many ways. Always talking bad to his employees, shouting and yelling even for his mistakes. And last but not least : he is using again the uneaten food from his catering to make new plates in his restaurant. You have to work there to know this because of course is illegal. Stay away from this restaurant at all costs. Ps: Mr Giannis after reading your answer i would like to make some points. Firstly, you lie saying that you are an employee for 6 years answering my comment. Its just you. Secondly, your answer is really unprofessional so i let this to the people reading this. And last but not least, you know very well that i say the truth about your kitchen. All your past employees can confirm that. You are changing personnel all the time because nobody can stand you, you are a very bad employer and everybody knows that. In your age you should have already learned to talk and to behave so focus on that instead of deceiving your clients and your employees. Cheers!

There are not many Greek restaurants around but this family run business not only provides excellent food and wine with an authentic flare, the hospitality typical of Greek people is on full display.
