I'm on the terrace very often but I've never seen anything like that, the current boss on the terrace is a scandal just walking around doing nothing, the girls are totally overwhelmed and the poor... one guest even shouted through the whole terrace as the boss also took the order could pick up instead of just walking around. Mr Marsaley if I read correctly. The blonde, curly-haired temp who helps out at the banquet every now and then does the same thing by chatting and walking around. A boss should help his employees and not like that... I come from the hospitality industry myself and from an experienced perspective I see that as a shame...

Very nice casino, very friendly and helpful. Very spacious and has a large selection to play with. You also have the option to play online. Also very good public transport connections. I like going there, there is also enough parking space available.

There is no wheelchair entry. Heavy baggage must be carried on steps, which is very tough for old age tourists. Check out time is 9.00 am.That means you cannot stay here for vacations. And check in time at 16.00 o clock. Mean you pay for a less of hours. Management must improve there policies

The location of the Grand Casino is beautiful. The casino itself is also run by competent people and you feel comfortable. (Even if you have left thousands behind, you can go out, look at the lake and the panorama and then continue betting in a relaxed manner!)

All machines are rigged! Lost all the money. How can it be that sometimes he gives out winnings and then suddenly nothing. I've been to the casino so many times and never won a 5-figure amount. I also have the silver member card. Casinos are the biggest scammers and don't begrudge anything. Casinos should be abolished.

Service courteous and competent. Acoustics leave a lot to be desired but you know it. Conclusion after 40 years of “Gnagi”, the event is increasingly dominated by outsiders, too much dynamism is lost. Entry price from initially Wehropfer up to 55.-, + drinks today + Wehropfer only fills the casino's coffers. That was probably my last Gnagi!

Played Mycasino for 10 years and didn't get a cent paid out! It's better to donate your money because winning something is unfortunately impossible!

I've been to much better casinos. The location is very good and the fact that it has a smoking area was something I liked but the space is very small. However, the machines do not give money. Also they should not charge for the cloakroom.

Too many slot games and not enough roulette tables. Unfortunately, 2 of 3 roulette tables are in the smoking area. Smoking should be banned throughout the casino. This is simply no longer appropriate.

Very unfriendly staff. The website says tables open from 3 p.m. I also got this confirmed again at the reception at the entrance. In the casino they said that the tables don't open until 8 p.m. and that they can only open one blackjack table until then, even though I went there because of poker. Then you lose some things at the table, which was perfectly fine. But when I was able to win back some of the money at the roulette table, the croupier and his colleagues started laughing at me because I didn't tip. And then asked me straight away why I didn't tip. So absolute disgrace. No smile, very unfriendly and then asking why there is no tip -

It's great to be there...but also a sad place.

We were here for the team event and had a really good time. The 5-course menu was incredibly delicious and everything was just right. From the first greeting from the kitchen to the espresso with praline. The subsequent visit to the casino was very impressive. Everything well maintained and clean. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

The food was good, but the portion size was questionable. In the casino there is only one blackjack table with a minimum bid of 20 CHF, and it is very smoky. A pity. Update 2023. Attended a training course with Apero. The aperitif was very good, also in terms of the ideas, process, etc. The kitchen got a star ;)

Very bad customer service that just hung up on me, my problem wasn't solved and the customer service was very rude. The online casino blocked me because I didn't fill out the questionnaire and I couldn't fill it out!

Nice and cozy casino. Staffs are very professional and very polite. There is also a dedicated smoking area with slots. You have to leave your personal belonging downstairs (you will need a 5 chf coin deposit). Everyone was very friendly and polite especially Micheal (blackjack dealer today). He was having small chats with the table and makes the enviornment very lively. Surely will come back. Best casino I have been to in Swiss.

A very beautiful building on Lake Lucerne. Modern furnishings. There is even a smoking area. the attached restaurant is excellent.

Small and quiet atmosphere. If you pay the 10 franc admission fee, you will receive a 5 franc drink exchange chip. Clothing is optional.

Very nice location The staff is friendly but extremely slow and you almost had the impression that it would be better not to ask for a coffee...

Rip-off online casino at its finest. The best thing you get here is 5 francs in free spins after you have already lost hundreds of francs in the same slot. Your license should be checked...

Super beautiful and super expensive.

Interesting experience. I was bothered by the ban on taking pictures even if no stranger or game table was taken. Just the machines in the background. We all got our entrance fee back with the win and went to see the lake.

We were able to celebrate our daughter's graduation ceremony in the casino in a very dignified atmosphere and hall from the casino. Afterwards we were served an excellent little aperitif in the garden and right by the lake. Everything is just top 👍👍. A big compliment 👍👍.

On 12. June the Master Card system got hacked. I tried to withdraw on an ATM machine in the Casino but it was not possible. Master Card cut anyway in total 1100 Swiss Francs on my account. I spoke with the staff to block this ATM machine for Master Card users because of I called to my credit card company who confirmed this problem national wide. The security had a key but she didn't close the ATM machine and she just ignored my advises. The damage of this attacke was huge in Switzerland but more strange is that people even don't protect other people to get in financial troubles to using an ATM machine which doesn't give the cash but the account get charged. Unbelievable behavor. I don't care about their rules, policies or standards.

After a conversation with the nice and pretty manager, my opinion changed. And free drinks in the poker area, great.

It is a venue that certainly doesn't justify the 10CHF you are charged to enter.... There are a few tables, and roulette, but it is a landscape dominated by machines. You cannot use Euro at the tables, but can buy chips at the windows outside the gaming room, but this venue is dismally dull which is a pity given its location and the building's old world style. From May 2023 it may be a bit more entertaining...the designated smoking area in the gaming room is a hilariously structured glass fish tank affair that looks like something you might expect to find Hannibal Lecter in.... If nothing else it might be amusing watching smokers Potter about in this confine as though they were in a human zoo.

You have to leave your staff downstairs (you will need a 5 chf coin that you will get back later) also the entrance is around 20 chf but you get it for free if you have the digital tourist card. The trend is towards more and more machines; That seems to be the case here too. But BlackJack and roulette with human croupiers are really fun. The drinks were within the normal price range; the selection was good. It was a great evening...

A very beautiful place in a historic building with an unprecedentedly beautiful atmosphere right across from Lake Lucerne.

It was a cozy casino , good location and it was fun to be there. It cannot be compared with anything in Vegas or Macau but it had some charm.

I had difficulty accepting: - to be obliged to put your jacket in the locker room paying 2 Fsuisses, the obligation should not be charged - then you have to pay an entry fee..... without compensation, the casinos which charge an entry fee compensate it with a game ticket. You could do this too - I don't know the Swiss law on cigarettes, but smoking in a casino should no longer be allowed, it spoils the pleasure of non-smokers Not generous machines, we start avoiding again.

With the board of a club we were introduced to this world, which was foreign to me, with the “Dinner & Casino Package”. The introduction to roulette and black jack, the food, the attempts at gambling and the visit to the bar - it was all right. Unfortunately we weren't allowed to take photos 😉.

If i was able i would rate this Casino (the Online version MyCasino) with less than 1(one) star or in minus also... because after the first win of 600-800fr they've changed everything and no single win after the cashout..👎👎👎

Beautifully located and actually great. But as a non-smoker it is an imposition. There is a strong smell of smoke throughout the casino, even in the non-smoking area. It's a shame that the blackjack and roulette tables are in the smoking area. We left the casino after a short time, but our clothes stank all evening. A pity!

Super nice casino, very nice employees, this review is only valid for the poker offer! Before Corona there were weekly tournaments and cash games for small wallets, now the buy-ins are at least 200.- at the Poker Circle for regular tournaments (excluding satellites). I can't understand why people with a small budget are no longer addressed. In Baden the 99er is sold out every Friday, there are enough players for deeper buy-ins. And it has to be profitable, Baden is showing the way... it's completely incomprehensible to me why they don't offer it in Lucerne...

Not very interesting. Slot machines that are quite old and not very varied, paid parking and no free drinks and very little winning.

A bit of a disappointment to a fairly experienced US and occasional international casino frequent visitor. With the single exception of a Money-link group of machines, I did not recognize a single familiar machine. I found most of the machines looked older and were nothing that I recognized. I was wary about their payouts. I found/saw no video poker. The place was reasonably clean. The drink service was decently fast, but not free. They used a very odd ticket system that required no sign in or password. And you just touch the card to the machine when you start. It doesn't stay in the machine. Instead of a ticket printing when you cash out, the money goes directly on this card which has no anti-theft system. So, if you lose or leave your ticket, someone else could easily walk off with it. Overall, a very small casino with older slot machines and a fairly insecure ticket system. I don't play the table games, but some are there. Not a casino I would return to if I had other choices. Update 10/16/2022 My impression is unchanged. Only recognized Lobster Larry machine. Always hard to tell, but payout percent seemed lower than I am used to in US, but could just be another bad run. Staff was very friendly. Place is clean. Gaming choices just not what I look for.
