Very tasty pizza, quick and warm

Can't even take the order, it's the third time they've given me the wrong kebab. There is no ventilation in the restaurant, it stinks extremely inside and the staff cannot communicate.

Today, yes, I wanted to eat a pizza. What I got was very disappointing. Pizza salami, disaster.😏😪 The salami was so greasy that the pizza was soaked in it. The first and last time I was there. Yes, and 16 CHF is also a price. Better to go to Migros!

For me, this is a prime example of a disaster! Ordered kebab without onion, when I asked him if it was without onion he said he had made it with onion, I asked him for a kebab without onion, without further ado he opened the kebab, scraped out the vegetables and closed it again. Conclusion: Kebab had no sauce left and there were still onions everywhere. I would have expected him to make me a new one!! There was hair in there too. No, thank you never again! 14.- bye

Delivery time of 20-40 minutes was stated. Unfortunately we had to wait 1.5 hours. So there was no more lunch. A pity.

For me it’s the best pizza I ever ate. Very good quality of products and crispy cake. The man who delivered our order was very nice and polite. We just moved to Lichtensteig and we ordered there several times already, also kebab durum last time was also delicious 😋 one time when we were waiting a bit longer for delivery, we got 1L pepsi as a gratis. We recomend this place, thank you :)

The food came 24 minutes ahead of time The Jack Daniels Bacon Burger was simply awesome! At first I thought "a steep price" but the burger was worth every cent. He was hot and juicy. The Chicken Dürüm was also hot. Unfortunately it was a bit dry for my taste. I then added some sauce myself and it was perfect. Unfortunately, the core of the tiramisu was still frozen, but once it was thawed it was super tasty. All in all, I can only recommend the delivery service. Especially the burger... The burger was simply awesome and will definitely be ordered again.

I ordered a kebab and it had plastic in it 🫣 Ciao appetite! Since there is still such feedback, it is not an isolated case...

I'm not lying when I say that today was by far the best pizza I've ever eaten in my life. We recently moved from Germany and haven't found a single Italian restaurant or delivery service in our city (Konstanz) that even comes close to this pizza. Even the really good Italians, on the other hand, stink a lot. And at the same price, special requests are taken into account and delivered hot, quickly and friendly. We are totally amazed! Today you certainly gained two new regular customers.

The quality of the kebabs is good, but the sauce is standard. With a special sauce they were perfect. Samun is very good

Food arrived at most lukewarm. I would describe the burger more as a kebab with a burger patty and has nothing to do with a burger. Very few mozzarella sticks for the price. Unfortunately the cold pizza was the best.

Just had a kebab box was perfect , great value and feel really fully afterwards. Great menu options and the wrap we had was so fresh and the sauces love them loads. The place was very clean , and staff very helpful and service was perfect . Menu portions are large and food hot. Have added this takeaway to my favourites , when I need visit the area . Good value for money just 10.5 chf for the box and 10t chf for the wrap great value. Thank you for the great food.

This delivery service is a disaster!!!!! The driver misread the address and didn't even realize on the phone that he was in the wrong place. Conclusion***** Food was cold when he finally found the right address👎👎

Never got the completely wrong one again

We went to this snack bar yesterday to eat kebab. After a far too long wait, the food arrived with the words that we had to leave the restaurant due to the opening times. But we weren't told this, the owner threatened to call the police and pretended to call. We didn't take the kebab with us and will never return to the restaurant. not recommendable.

Don't order from Grillhouse! 1. I had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes for my food and then it was still cold and the pizza was burnt. 2. Stop selling cheap meat because it tastes disgusting. 3. My cousin threw up and so did several friends!

We were very happy with dinner at the Grill House. The price-performance ratio was great. The food was served quickly, tasted delicious and wasn't expensive. The service was very friendly and accommodating - both men who were there. They were having fun and were in a good mood. In addition, our child didn't have any food with him (he isn't allowed to eat anything from the menu yet), so I asked if they might have a banana. They didn't, but the waitress was so kind and brought us some juice. Gladly again! :-)

Unfortunately the waitress was very inattentive and clumsy. We had to wait forever for food and it was still cold inside. Unfortunately, the whole place was very smoky, so after a short time you smelled like fried food. It's a shame because the food itself wasn't bad otherwise.

Brought kebab twice, bread is good homemade but kebab meat please stop with the cheap minced meat rubbish so it's clear that you only have alcoholics as customers.
