If the service is friendly, I'm willing to pay that. Today I wanted to redeem my stamp cards - which were finally packed and not forgotten. On the one hand, I ordered fries out of politeness so that there would be something for her and, on the other hand, out of desire. Of course I know that these stamp cards haven't been handed out for a long time. But since there is no expiry date on it, it should still be redeemed! I also pointed that out. It really hurts that a kebab for 12.00 and fries for 7.50 then turn into a meal (without a drink!) for 19.50. And if neither ketchup, mayo nor any other sauce is offered with the small portion of fries, it is very disappointing after so many years of loyalty. If long-standing customers are not accommodated and are not even given sauces for a portion of fries that cost a whopping 7.50, then you lose the desire for the cola that you wanted to order and would have cost a whopping 22.50. So that was my last visit. From now on I would rather look for another place for myself and recommend to others where I go in the long term and where my customer loyalty is valued. A pity.
