Extremely overpriced for very limited quantity of food, especially for tabla of meat and cheese. Shocked to see 6 pieces of meat on a medium sized tabla… I’ve never seen such a stingy amount of charcuterie before but welcome to Geneva. Otherwise a nice place with a good atmosphere but would suggest they reconsider price versus quantity of food especially if you have any experience in Spain or you’re Spanish, people will think this is a real rip off… and without serving bread…

Back after 4 months of absence, still one of my favorite places. month ago Great discovery in the Eaux-Vives district. A stone's throw from the lake. Small aperitif composed of a tapa de tortilla (Spanish omelette) a small 1906 beer which is close to my favorite beers tostada or kilkenny beer (Irish). Very good services, kind and good Spanish food. You must try. We have a view to the lake. Good place to be in a rainy day. And you have a terrace for the sunny days

Great place to try good Spanish dishes. We started with some tapas to share, croquetas and patatas bravas, delicious in every way and very tasty. The dish of the day, red mullet fillets and vegetable tian, was also a very harmonious dish. It would perhaps be necessary to have a hot plate to serve so that the dish stays warm longer. Lots of other dishes to taste, you will have to come back several times to try them all.

I felt like I was in Spain.. warm atmosphere, fast service always with a smile 😀 good food, fair prices, chic restaurant 👌🏽 close to Lake Geneva and public transport… I love it and I highly recommend it.. I go back often and bring my friends to enjoy the flavors of Spain

Far too expensive and mediocre. 10 francs for a beer, 25 for an Iberian planchette, not even the minute cut... it could be okay if the place wasn't so badly located. It is perhaps the worst street in Geneva: view of the concrete courtyard and the traffic of the Quai Gustave Adore.... if at least the interior was pleasant we could discuss. No luck, it's way too hot, it's very noisy and the light made my head spin because it was so blinding. I don't find at all the friendly atmosphere of an Iberica bodega even though this place focuses everything on the traditional side. It must be said that the "boss" is not involved at all, no advice in the choice of dishes or anything. Arrogant and what's more she's not Spanish... What is Hanae? Flowers means in Japanese Arabic. Or Hebrew maybe, OK. But not Spanish. In addition, I doubt that the fish were really from Lake Geneva and the cooking of those was too much. Frankly, if it's for tapas and wines there is the very famous Soleil Rouge on the Helvétique Boulevard next door, for example. There is also further up towards the frontenex road. But it all makes you yawn because it's already seen.

A real marvel. Spanish food as God intended. We have felt like one more in the great family that they are. Some incredible dishes!! We ordered the ham croquettes, the Galician-style octopus, the anchovies, the cheese board, the escalivada and the fried eggs. We couldn't choose one among all. A pleasant, cozy place where you feel cocooned.

I would say the best Spanish food in town

Ate here without a reservation. Was very busy at the time so we couldn’t be accommodated at the outside tables but they were happy to make room for us inside. We had the patatas bravas, albondigas and croquetas de jamón which were all delicious. So much so that we ordered seconds of the patatas and albondigas. The service was excellent. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Will definitely visit again next time we pass through Geneva.

Hanae is a “pepite” how they say in French, a hidden gem really close to the lake. The team is fantastic, Hanae always welcoming you with a big smile, which makes the ambient extremely nice! The food is REAL Spanish food! As a Spaniard I can tell you that I feel at HOME. Everything is cooked by the wonderful Spanish chefs (Jenny and Kevin) and their croquetas de jamón are to die for! I always have to order the “fritura” and the “patatas bravas”, and the sauces that are served with… omg, love them! And of course, what can I say about the jamón! Just soooo good!!! But I really recommend you to try some of the “tapas of the moment”, is it always great to discover the new ones! And don’t forget to leave space for some deserts! Again, it’s a trip to Spain and to real flavors! On top of all of that is not expensive at all! If you want to eat real Spanish food in Geneva, is the BEST place to go!

Great Spanish tapas near jet d‘eau. We really enjoyed our lunch. The Mom-daughter restaurant is well run w great food, nice music and great service. The octopus dish was great so was jamon Iberico. The black rice was less enticing. Love the cute drinks they serve, all made in Switzerland.

The Bravas potatoes, the stuffed mussels, the tortilla all had incredible flavors like in Spain 🇪🇸 I advise no... in fact it's a necessity to stop by Hanae and take a culinary journey like nowhere else. Attentive and pleasant staff. And Hanae is an example of what restoration should be. Thank you all 🌸

Amazing sangria and the octopus is always very good too! Normal prices for Geneva's standards. Owner and staff are so nice and the place is super cosy. I can't get tired of this restaurant.

It was such a treat to eat at this place. The space is beautifully decorated, warm and inviting. The service was so friendly and unpretentious. And the food...some of the best I've had in Geneva. Every dish was well done and we didn't have a single complaint. Great for large groups, parties, date night and families. Thank you so much for a lovely dinner.

Very friendly welcome and service. We had tapas to share, it’s nice to discover the dishes. I really liked the fried food, the mussels with tomato sauce and grilled vegetables. The tortilla lacked cooking for the egg and indeed it’s a shame that the ham was already cut. Good wines.

I ordered for takeout, Pulpo a la Gallega Poulpes, Paella Valenciana (Viande) and Crema catalana for dessert. They are very good. i definitely comeback here.

The atmosphere and the quality of the food make all the Spanish who live in Geneva feel a breeze of fresh air. The super nice boss always welcomes you with a beautiful smile, and the chefs, sister and brother, are really passionate, and we can feel it in every bite, and in every menu of the week, with her creativity and good taste. The dishes are really not exceptional. And the atmosphere needs to be reviewed: blinding lights and ventilation system to be completely redone. We had sore eyes and headaches at the end of the evening because the air was not circulating. Not to mention the smell of fried food on our clothes and in our hair

We had a family dinner at this new restaurant in Geneva and we loved it! Typical Spanish specialties (and that's normal, everyone, from the Chef to the room service, the whole team is Spanish!) and quality, kindness and attention in the service that I thought had been lost since covid, all the ingredients come together for a superb evening (and I imagine it's the same at lunch!). I can only recommend this new place for Spanish gastronomy! Much success to the whole team and THANK YOU!

I was really surprised to discover this restaurant. A beautiful atmosphere, excellent service and high quality typical Catalan dishes. I really recommend it, it reminded me of a vacation to good restaurants by the Mediterranean Sea :)

There are no contemporary Spanish dishes served. The restaurant premises do not look like a Spanish restaurant at all. Dishes served are not even of average quality, small portions but very expensive. Appetisers are small but expensive. Wine, beer etc. are way too expensive. Very noisy inside and outside of the restaurant. For reasons explained this is NO family restaurant or a spot where you may meet relatives, friends. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
