A bit disappointing today. The bread for the small starter salad costs extra and for this CHF 1.50 two small strips... well... The rather very small starter salad used to be a lot bigger. The beef in the burger used to be better quality too. The sweet potatoes only came once we had almost finished eating the burger. The Shorley we ordered was more of a watery apple juice than Shorley. The service, however, was collegial and friendly, and we enjoyed the food.

You have to go there, great decor with these trees in the restaurant. The burger selection is great, there is something for everyone, whether meat, vegetarian or vegan, everyone will find something. An absolute disaster! We were regular customers and often went to Hans im Glück, but since they changed the boss it's been a disaster. We ordered an appetizer and two evening meals there also came with a drink. We got the burgers first, then the appetizer came and again between 10-15 minutes later our drinks! The portion of the fries was really small. We thought we would order something to drink again and the worst thing was, when the drinks were ready we saw them standing at the counter for about 10 minutes and the boss walked past them about 4 times with empty hands and didn't even notice them A new employee who was very friendly brought it to us! Service friendly and helpful Food as always good However, the philosophy of the new managing director is more than a NO GO Menus including coffee or hot drinks are sold to children, and if you want to have a scoop of ice cream as an option, you get a cold no! Sorry, but a scoop of ice cream is cheaper on the menu than a coffee! Thank you very much, we were always there, but will never come back Therefore, straight 2 stars! Not more

I went to HIG with my girlfriend in the evening because we really wanted a delicious smash burger. We received a very friendly welcome and the waiter also gave us great information about the menus etc. I ordered a burger with cheese and bacon with delicious garlic gold fries :). That was really an absolutely awesome burger!! The combination with the sauce was simply delicious!! They also have lots of great drinks that pack a punch! Thank you very much for the nice service✌🏼. We would love to come back :D

Nice. Arrived quickly, probably more or less everything prepared beforehand. The salad inside was very light. So not just because the patty was warm. But through and through. In the evening my wife and I had a stomach ache. Can't tolerate sauces or anything else. Good vegan selection.

Food very tasty. Ambience very nice. Unfortunately, the toilets weren't cleaned for a while. And the staff was unfortunately very demotivated on Sunday, we always had to look for staff to order drinks or dessert. Therefore 1 star deducted.

Very friendly staff. The hamburgers can also be ordered without a bun. Ideal if you're not very hungry but still want something tasty. My patty was a little overdone, but still very good. It always takes a while before you can order. Cozy restaurant with a terrace.

Great shop. Always cool and well-positioned employees. Are very attentive and hardworking. The store is in a shopping center, so there is plenty of parking space. The menu is simple but the combination possibilities are endless. I usually enjoy one of the super-fine thirst-quenching combinations.

Well, despite prior clarification, the meat was completely cooked through. The cheese wasn't melted. Something like that might have been good 20 years ago. And now people don't want to have known that a shareholder is a National Socialist. The chain can be bent.

Basically a good location but it lacks warmth. The staff, not all of them, are a little jaded. I would have expected more from the burgers and pizzas. I'd better do it at home then.

I went to Hans im Glück for the first time with a work colleague on Tuesday December 5th, 2023 in Winterthur. Oh man, I was lucky. The restaurant has a cool ambiance with all the trees. For example, there are tables where you sit on swings. The service was unique. Really very friendly and accommodating. I ordered a vain Gockel Burger. This was with chicken and not a patty where everything first went through the meat grinder and then was formed into a "chicken" patty, but there was a juicy piece of chicken on it. With an outrageously delicious truffle mayo!! There were also sweet potato fries. Also very tasty and crispy. By the way, practically all of the menu items on the menu have sensational names. At the end there was a pink latte. I can only recommend. There was also a version with oat milk. I can absolutely recommend the restaurant.

Nice and very nicely decorated restaurant. The focus is on burgers, although there are numerous meatless variations.

Very friendly service. For me, the well-done beef burger was a no go. The fries with avocado and chili mayo, spicy but tasty. The “Court Jester” cocktail wasn’t bad either. Maybe a little very frothy.

Sadly, despite the cool decor and the lovely staff, the burger was simply disappointing. Bland, very ordinary ingredients and poorly presented and at 28CHF that simply isn’t good enough.

Everything in itself is perfect, but I would no longer use the cocktail combo: 1. quite expensive and a lot of ice in the cocktail 2. the selection of ice teas is far too tempting that you wouldn't/shouldn't make use of them. Attention: Migros parking can be quite expensive.

Always delicious and a great experience

wanted to make a reservation for tonight and made the fatal mistake of calling twenty minutes BEFORE 11. The waitress cheekily and unkindly told me not to call for a reservation until after 11 in the future and that I should remember that for next time!??? Apart from that, it would be an advantage if you, as an employee, could listen to the answering machine yourself because the nice voice explains that you can be reached by phone from 10.30 a.m. Well, whatever, we were there regularly with friends and family. But it doesn't have to be, and I don't want to take the risk of being served by this person, there are plenty of other places.

We would almost call ourselves regulars and we were never disappointed! Everything is just right...

The portions are small. The prices are great. Our assigned seats were extremely uncomfortable and cramped.

Burger versions that are really hard to put together. 👍 But great. The fries are also great. Oh yes. Salad and vegi burgers are also available. Dessert warm churos with vanilla sauce You can't resist 😋

Very great restaurant which is suitable for meat lovers as well as vegetarians and vegans. Large selection for every taste, even the small ones are not neglected. Very tasty and beautifully prepared. Various very tasty sauces are available on the table for use. When I visited, the burger was okay - the beef was a little too raw for my taste and very watery (frozen product?!) The ambience is great, very lovingly furnished and a unique atmosphere, absolutely great! Service was also very accommodating and friendly and helpful, absolutely great. Overall, a recommendation and worth a visit. I will come again 😊

After my first (disappointing) visit, I gave the HIG another chance. Unfortunately not convinced this time either. The bun tastes old and dry. The meat was also dry and bland. Fries were good. The non-alcoholic cocktail is way too sweet. The menu is expensive. For this money I can eat better elsewhere. Service was nice, but didn't bring the correct order. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated. Other restaurants have better burgers.

Absolutely TOP, everything, ambience, food, very friendly service, great lighting concept. The only point we wished were different. The music is just way too loud in the evening, you can hardly talk to each other, especially if you're sitting at a larger table with a larger group. This is a pity. We forgot to ask if the music could be turned down.

The restaurant is decorated in a very “homey” manner. There are many different seating options to suit every taste. The only thing that didn't flatter my butt in the long run was that the bench I was sitting on was only padded with a thin felt. The gentleman who served us was friendly and accommodating. He was attentive and helped with the order. My hamburger “Hochstapler” was delicious, quick and freshly prepared. You have to decide for yourself whether the additional charge of 5.- for a second patty is worth it. The fries were also delicious and you can choose from 4 different sauces at the table. The drinks are also recommended. The price for lunch including a drink and coffee is 25-30, which is absolutely fair. I would like to come back.

Actually a good burger shop with a lot of selection and creative dishes. Recently, however, new dishes and a new menu have been introduced. Neither makes it better, on the contrary. The portions were also slightly smaller. The impression remains that the price-performance ratio has deteriorated. In my opinion, Hans im Glück in Winti has given it away. A pity.

I also know the branches in Berlin and Dresden. Since I like the concept, I wanted to stop by Winti. The service was average good. The food was top notch and didn't take long to arrive. I had a beef burger with sheep's cheese, rocket and fig sauce - it tasted great. I can also highly recommend the homemade iced tea (mint + blueberries), although it was almost a bit too sweet for me personally. The large portion of mixed fries is really big! The two of us couldn't do this. The atmosphere is very nice and I like the cozy style. However, we had a spider's web right next to the square along with residents and within a short time I was able to discover more. It seemed a bit dusty, a shame.

We have often ordered from Hans im Glück and have never been negatively surprised. Here you can get a huge selection of burgers, side dishes, desserts and homemade drinks. The majority of them are vegetarian or vegan, but meat lovers don't miss out either ;) The delivery always arrived very quickly and without errors. In addition, plastic is avoided wherever possible and other recyclable materials are used. Thank you for this exceptional case of quality :)

Every time I come I am very pleased with the service! I had already couple of times Boni and Satine they are very nice!! Make me want to come even more! The food is fresh and there is a lot of veggie and vegetarian options for the burgers! Drinks are really delicious as well! The ice tea is my fav!

We ordered burgers and it came with a bottomless chive sauce, the smell of which was reminiscent of my vomit. The driver Dean was very nice and parked exclusively for us in the bicycle lane on a main road. Last but not least the burgers were tasty.

So, if you would like to go out for a good meal, even in mixed groups, I can really recommend “Hans im Glück”. Great ambience, good atmosphere, highly motivated staff. I have rarely experienced such nice service. My wife and my father-in-law, who is over 80 years old, were also completely thrilled. There was even room for his walker. I had the delicious burger: >>> ZEITGEIST vegan chicken alternative in a crispy coating, vegan gold slice & truffle sauce <<< it was super tasty and in fact, tasted the way I remember chicken in a crispy coating (even if that was really at least 12 - 15 years ago). Plus fries and the whole thing as dinner with a delicious cocktail. And the sauces that are on every table (all vegan, so everyone can enjoy them, regardless of diet) were fantastic. One thing is certain, I will probably be feasting here often.

We really liked the atmosphere of the restaurant, it is very original. The service was very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, the seating options are not comfortable as they are benches without backrests and are narrow for four adults. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing, the hamburger was small and dry, more bread than meat, the salad was delicious, the price was clearly too high for what we got.

We regularly go to Hans im Glück during our lunch break - our favorite restaurant for a relaxed exchange with the team. It can be reached quickly and easily by car (including parking spaces), we always find space for 4-6 people, the burger selection is great (from vegan to meat), the food comes quickly and the service is very cool, friendly and now familiar. We can only warmly recommend it 👍

Beautiful, cozy, harmonious and clean atmosphere. As soon as you enter you notice the great atmosphere, very light, as if you were visiting friends. We sat very comfortably and despite the size we had privacy. There are also swing places 🥰 The service is really very attentive and professional. The menu cards are beautifully designed. I didn't know what to eat first and not only does it sound delicious, it's amazing! You can choose everything and put together your own burger. Simply divine. Sooooooo fresh, so fine, deliciously presented. That's exactly how I wanted it! I was able to buy a “Hans im Glück” beer tankard at the end.
