Our appreciation to the owners for accommodating our last minute reservation - for our big group of 11 pax. We were pleasantly surprise by how amazingly delicious and the top notch quality food served here . One of the best we have had ! We must also add that it is definitely the excellent service that makes it such an enjoyable evening for us. Thanks again to Mentor and Merita for making our visit to Interlaken so memorable . We will definitely visit again. All the best to you from the whole team.

Walked in because the place we’d been directed to across the street was closed. The food and service were both amazing! The woman who greeted us and took our order had such attention to detail that she didn’t ask but noticed I didn’t use any cream and so didn’t bring any with my second cup—I didn’t have to tell her not to bother. We are midway through our trip (visited Montreux and Bern) and we both said this was the best breakfast we’ve had on the trip so far! Highly recommend! And easy parking as there is a lot right next to the restaurant.

I'm so glad I was able to celebrate my sixtieth birthday here with family and friends. We had very competent advice in advance when selecting the menu from the chef de cuisine. At the birthday dinner, the treat was the reward for our selection. The pumpkin cream soup opened with a fantastic taste experience. The following mixed salad was prepared in an excellent, very fine dressing. And the main course consisting of sliced ​​venison in porcini pepper sauce with spaetzle, Brussels sprouts, red cabbage and pear with cranberries topped it all off, pure culinary delight. Of course, I also had very good advice from the host couple when it came to choosing the right wine for this menu. Our final dessert, consisting of a very tasty and extremely fine Coupe Nesselrode, was a hit for each of us. It remains to be mentioned that there was a part of the restaurant available for us, not a private booth, but separated enough that we felt like we were in a private setting. The very nice host couple had decorated the room so lovingly for my birthday party, it couldn't have been better at home. Conclusion, highly recommended for any kind of family celebration.

Probably the best meal we had in Switzerland. Reasonable prices. A couple runs this with pride and excellence. If I was staying another day I would eat here again. The lamb is the chef special- it was amazing. The daily menu was outstanding as well.

Please don't be fooled by the rather simple interior design as you drive past: you can get a great selection of food here. The food tasted excellent and you can also enjoy it with your eyes. The price/performance ratio is pleasant. The service is extremely friendly and accommodating. Very clean toilets!

Absolutely delicious and affordable. Service was excellent and both the soup and main course for lunch was just so wonderful that we finished eating before we thought of stopping to take a picture. A great place for meals.

Very courteous service. Excellent food, everything fresh and very quick cuisine and totally delicious. The ambience and also the sanitary facilities are great. There is also a changing facility with various diapers and hygiene products for women. The man stands in the kitchen and supports his wife in service. We were very satisfied and can recommend everything we tried. There was nothing that we as a family at the table (5 people between 38 and 2 years old) didn't like. We ended up here by chance but had the best Swiss food since our stay in Switzerland. We say thank you. Also dog friendly:) I just couldn't take a photo of the salad, it's such a delicious dressing to put in it. The salad was gone before I came to take the photo.

Was in the tea room twice, unfortunately you don't get served because the service prefers to talk to regular guests, it's been over 40 years since this 2023 NO THANKS!!!!!

Very cozy and brightly furnished restaurant away from the hustle and bustle of Interlaken. The service was super friendly and we really enjoyed our lunch (fine cordon bleue with fries and vegetables and very good rösti, gratinated with raclette cheese and garnished with salami and roasted carrot strips).

Visiting from the state- Passing through from Lauterbrunnen to Bern and needed a place to get a coffee/some breakfast. Couldn’t be happy I stumbled upon this place. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. Got a cheese and ham omelette and might have been one of the best omelette I’ve had.

Delicious food and excellent, warm service.

We enjoyed both soups. The daily which was a barley soup and vegetable crème served daily. The parking is difficult but worth the walk from any distance. Very traditional Swiss. Super healthy and high end. The price reflects the quality and you can enjoy a great veiw in the well lit full glass building. Central location makes it great for locals and tourists but the hometown feel and wonderful service makes it a great experience all around. It’s a kiss the chef kind of place so keep your wives in the dining hall!

Absolute insider tip! Rarely have I eaten so well!! Just the way the food was prepared was wonderful. Staff is very friendly and understanding towards children. Keep it up!

We had a fantastic lunch for a great price at Brunne! The owners are great, the atmosphere is homely and the food is simply great!

We spontaneously visited the Brunne restaurant while passing through for lunch. The food was very good and the service was very friendly. The winter garden was very bright. There is a large parking lot directly behind the restaurant. The restaurant was very busy.

Popped in here late in the day and had a wonderful meal

This place is astonishing! The cook personal makes sure the food is to your liking and that you are happy. I ordered a plum tart, a nut croissant, hash browns, and a cappuccino. The plum tart was exquisite; it wasn't ungodly sweet like a common American pie, rather a relaxing mixture of the crust, plums, and sweet jelly. Now the croissant had a strong flavor of the nuts in it, however I'm not sure what type. If you go for breakfast than I highly recommend the hash browns because they put bacon and eggs on top. With the bacon there was no large pieces of fat, instead the fat was throughout the meat its self still making it flavorful. This added with the soft potato's of the hash browns just made a spectacular array of easy flavors. The only complaint I have was the coffee was just a little weak, but that's it. If you ever go to Interlaken, Switzerland, I urge you to go here.

An insider tip for tourists. The small restaurant is mainly visited by locals, but should also be a must for every tourist. Because here you can find authentic and super tasty home cooking. The salads are to die for and the rest of the menu is also highly recommended. Definitely worth a visit 🙂

Wir hatten im Tea Room ein sehr feines Mittagessen zu einem guten Preis. Der Service war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Toller Ort mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, tolle Kuchen und guten Kaffee. Sehr empfehlenswert und in einer schönen Gegend außerhalb der Hektik der Stadt.

Unser Morgen hier sehr genossen. Der Kaffee und Croissants waren sehr lecker und die Dame, die warteten auf uns war extrem freundlich. Wir können Ihnen wärmstens empfehlen hier Halt für ein köstliches Pause.

Tea Room Brunne war das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe unserer Ferienwohnung Apartment. Wir haben ein sehr angenehmes Mittagessen mit Enkel. Das Essen war sehr lecker, der Service effizient und sehr freundlich mit günstigen Preisen. Wir haben den Garten wie Atmosphäre.

This tea room in in Interlaken west just over the bridge the co opIs on the other side of the road.The cofffee is excellent indeed they also have Rugen Brau beer on draft which happens to be my favourite beer .We also had a nice cake each here the food is very good and the staff are helpful and friendly a nice place to eat and rest your legs after a mornings shopping.
