The delivery service is delayed almost every time, it's really no fun waiting when you're hungry and the hot bowl is delivered ice cold. Unfortunately disappointing ☹️

It took a little long, even though I was there around 11:30 before rush hour and ordered something cold. Food was tasty and enough. Special etiquette among employees. Hot menus would be available. I think 1 sauce is a bit tight for a whole bowl.

Food was very good and the service was very friendly. It's a shame that there was only one employee there, so the waiting time was longer.

Excellent meal but long wait (45 minutes) and error in my order (rice instead of quinoa).

My wife and I had a bowl each and it was tasty, with fresh ingredients and nice sauce. Each bowl was really full, and too much for us to finish. I wish there was a option for a smaller portion at a smaller price.

Having been there several times I recommend you go there, the bowls are very good, the staff very welcoming!

I ordered 2 bowls to take away at 11:20 a.m. and had to wait 25 minutes. I noticed when I arrived at work that one of the 2 bowls was not the one I had ordered (Honolulu instead of California). The rice was hot which made the bowl a little sour. But otherwise the food was good and fresh.

At the beginning the bowls were good fresh and well filled, but now 4 times our orders were not good at all, the fish not fresh, the rice cold and dry. This has changed about 2 months ago.

I ordered a tataki bowl, the beef was just incredible and tender. I highly recommend it 🤤 For dessert I had salted butter caramel mochis, a delight 😍 Thank you Happy Bowl Bienne for enjoying me so much 🤗

I had food poisoning for 3 days after having a bowl of "fresh" salmon...too bad. I give 2 stars for the nice service and friendliness.

Actually not that bad but: far too little rice that isn't fresh every time. Pineapple is canned and the mango is not fresh either. The pomegranate is not edible. I also had insects in the bowl!!!

It's good but nothing more but they have increased by around 5bal, which makes poké ultra expensive when you add things... 30ball the poké.. too much Then during the 1 buy 1 free actions, I manage to finish both 🤌

My first time with my wife, we were taken there by a friend who said the food there was nice and for real I wasn't disappointed.

Biel/Bienne location: The bowl was not like the photo. We forgot the sauce and the add-on that we paid for! Red and white cabbage was also wrong. The “grilled tofu” was not grilled.

Welcoming staff. It's not bad but nothing extraordinary and above all, it's way too expensive for what it is. 20.- the bowl, 25.- with beef with the added bonus of a paid sauce that you receive in a sachet... and if you're thirsty, it's 7.50 for the bubble tea prepared in advance. I call it theft.

Very well eaten. Nice staff. Very welcoming premises but a little poorly placed along the main road. To try!

Fresh and ultra tasty. Pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. I think it's a shame that a lot of waste is produced. It would be nicer if the bowls weren't brought in a disposable paper bowl, but in real bowls that can be washed. The same applies to the cutlery and drink. Otherwise perfect.

Delivered fresh and on time every time, friendly staff, fine ingredients. I'm happy about these "Happy Bowls" in these hectic times when you sometimes can't even get around to cooking and still want to eat something healthy and sustainable.
