Restaurant discovered as part of a company evening. The organization of the evening was very simple and we had a great time there. The whole team is very welcoming, pleasant and attentive so that we have a wonderful evening. The food was very good (mention for the octopus!) and the concept of sharing dishes was different from what you can see elsewhere. No one knew the restaurant which is rather new, but several of us will come back. thank you for the party

The quality of the dishes is excellent and so are the organic wines. The young oenologist (Léo) is very attentive to your wishes and targets them perfectly. 5 stars for him, he’s great. The 4 stars are for the price which is a little excessive. But everything else is very nice and quality.

A tastefully decorated, intimate place to spend quality time. Wine list supported by juices of great finesse and expert advice from the servers. Varied seasonal dishes cooked with taste. Highly recommended!

The evening at HC Geneva was a true epicurean adventure, the passionate expertise with which he guided us through the wine tastings to demonstrate a magnificent knowledge of the floods. The atmosphere was both friendly and pleasant. Every sip and bite is a testament to premium quality products, an unforgettable experience for refined palates.

Table of 8, we tried many dishes and every single one was delicious. Meat cooking and flavor were top of world. Great service waiters really know their stuff (both food and wine) New favorite in town !

We went there because I love natural wine and I wanted to try this place after they recently opened. It was definitely a great experience. The wine was very good and the staff was very knowledgeable (in addition to being extremely friendly and attentive) and their recommendations for wine were very good. I understand that food-wise, their focus is on really good beef and I have to say that the piece of meat they prepared for us was very delicious. Ideally, they would have at least one main-course options for vegetarians, but that’s the only thing that could be improved. Price-wise, they’re definitely on the upper scale for Geneva but the quality of their products is absolutely worth it.

All that's missing is a sommelier with a beard and you might think you're in the land of Santa Claus. An ultra relevant selection of wines, and delicious dishes (very very special mention for the meat). No need to wait for the heatwave to refresh your old ones, you might as well hydrate all year round in order to make the most of the wine list which has some lovely surprises in store… We will come back very quickly, that’s obvious!
