I participated in a cooking class with chef Gildas. Very attentive and not shy of good advice, friendly and relaxed time around a recipe for a filet of lemon cream trout accompanied by an almond tartlet. Thank you chef for sharing this and your tips.

Gilda is a very good chef/teacher, all her lessons have been fun and very enriching. Her way of explaining things makes us not afraid to try new things because everything seems easier with Gilda, the most positive thing was the food/recipe, everything we cooked was delicious . I would definitely sign up for other courses.

The cooking class with Gildas was really good. He is open and adapts well to our requests. We did it with my wife and we didn't regret it.

After testing the Chef's dishes at home, we had the opportunity to involve 2 mini-chefs aged 4 years in a cooking class/workshop. On the menu, for our part: Green bean fries, Black Burger squash and salmon, which we had as much fun making as eating! A moment of family sharing, educational and delicious, which was very appreciated by young and old alike!
