The staff are very nice, know what they have to offer and take care of their guests. The ambience is a bit unimaginative and the food is average.

Small but nice, not too expensive. Not overcrowded with guests, which is quite rare in Zurich. As a burger, I can highly recommend General with hot sauce. The only deduction is for the somewhat sticky tables...

Heidi & Tell Burger is OK, the meat is rather dry and the optional (BBQ) sauce is delivered sparingly. The fries are crispy but completely over salted. The ambience is cuul. The service is neutral.

Worst burger ever eaten and had to wait 40 minutes to order

The burger was good, but I was expecting something more special for the price. The sweet potato fries were absolutely amazing, nice and crunchy and delicious. I can recommend it

Waited more than 20 minutes for the classic burger. Ingredients are fresh but the bread was a bit dry as well as the meat. Really nothing special!! Do the burgers better myself. A bit better than a MacDo or burger kings. French fries were very good!

Burger very basic, nothing special, not worth it. Fries not fresh, rubbery, cold, bland. 10 years ago the fries were a highlight with their good seasoning and herb sauce. Unfortunately not anymore today. Service super friendly

we had burgers on Monday evening, the food tasted ok; still both myself and my daughter, shortly after we ate we started to have stomach ache and feel like vomiting. it is the 2nd time is happening the same after eating there.

Probably the most well-positioned, friendly and competent service I have ever had here in Zurich. Ana does her job fantastically and with a lot of passion! Great burger, the sauces & fries are also great! Always happy to come!

The first time 2 weeks ago, the service lady almost fell asleep. However, it was around 3 p.m. and the shop was empty except for one table. At the second chance last week. Top. This time after 12:00 lunch time. A second chance is always good. Gladly again.😃

Excellent burger and sweet potato fries, if you like it a little spicier like me, I recommend the hot sauce, sensational!! Price/performance for Zurich with this quality is tip top. The boss is a really cool Zurich native, the employees are very professional and friendly. I'll be happy to come back soon!

For me it's still the best burger in the city of Zurich. The meat is juicy, the bun is fresh, the cheese has flavor. It's definitely not the classic American style of burger as we know it, but rather a Swiss version of it. That's what makes it so in my opinion.

🍔🍟🍔 Most probably the best burger in town.. They accept only cards payment (no cash). Burgers are oustanding(simple, genuine and fresh ingredients). fries are also very very good. The resturant is small and crowd during the lunch break. Staff is also ook..so. Well done!

Burgers are good 👍👍👍... But over Lunch the wait is way too long. It's basically a high end fast food joint so why does a standard Burger take 18 minutes from order to service?

Burger restaurant with a very good atmosphere, although self-service. Vegie burgers tasted good, fresh, with herb sauce, French fries and sweet potato fries were great. Reasonably priced for the location.

The burger was delicious and the service was very friendly. However, I was the first customer of the day and the floor wasn't even swept clean.

Super good burgers and very good fries too! On the other hand, it's really expensive and we don't even get served at the table... The restaurant was almost empty when we went there and yet, we didn't find it very clean... They say they can make a gluten-free option without adding bread... That's what my girlfriend had and so they just don't add bread... For the same price as a normal burger... It was an experience but I don't know if I'll go back soon.

I really like being at Heidi&Tell because of the great atmosphere, food and drink. The employees in particular work extremely hard. Always my pleasure.

Food didn't come as ordered (there were no extras), it was cold, stale and unfortunately the employee on the phone couldn't suggest a solution to the problem.

Uber Eats order "Buy 1, Get 1 Free". Receive only one 60 minutes later. Called up and explained the situation. They first insisted there is no such deal and then told me that they'll deliver the second burger which never arrived. Burger was dry and tasteless. Never again.

we waited an hour for a burger. not worth it.

An hour and a half for delivery. On a weekday, afternoon, after lunch and long before dinner. Not even a peak hour. Then the time gets bumped up by another ten minutes, why not. Maybe it would have been fine if the burgers were worth the wait, but they were stale, room temperature, dry, and had no flavour. The most flavorful thing was the lettuce, which was bitter. :(

The Green Mountain Burger is good, especially the patty is very nice but the waste is a bad joke and makes it look like cheap fast food. Farm salad in a take away box and with plastic fork is just a no no. If you’re looking for something to go it’s nice but otherwise I personally would look elsewhere.

Fries were ok but burger had no (!!!) sauce, a bit bland (measly cheese) and no bacon like I ordered. Somehow it doesn't work at all.

Swiss style burgers, very good and always fresh food. Highly Recommended. Small but nice, you can also sit outside in summer. Regional beer rounds off the fine burgers. We'll definitely come by again.

Extremely overpriced for such a low quality meal... They're menu is very limited. It was 6.50 for a small bottled tea. The burger was not good. The fries however were very good.

In my opinion, top burgers are offered here. Was here again recently. They still offer top burgers👍I can only recommend it.

Mediocre yet pricey burger, Fr. 22.70 for burger, fries and a drink. I asked whether I could get mayo instead of ketchup and was informed that this would cost extra due to management policy. Clerk offered to give it to me for free and he'd cover for it, but I obviously didn't want minimum wage staff to pay for such a terrible management policy.

Burgers and fries are good quality. However, there is a deduction for the following, which are all no-gos for me: - When ordering, the boss calls you by the name you are given without asking - Cash is explicitly not accepted (probably not allowed from a legal perspective!) - Order was carried out incorrectly - I received the wrong fries and the cheese in the burger I ordered was also missing... With a price between 20 and 30 for a lunch, I definitely expect better service!
