I noticed in advance that Mr. Pereira reacts extremely rudely and cheekily to constructive feedback because he doesn't want to admit to himself that mistakes have been made. He deletes the answers several times and writes a new one, which at least looks a little more serious. 1. At the wedding rehearsal dinner (as we had clearly communicated to Ms. Urosevic several times, for us it was a rehearsal dinner!), as everyone present can confirm, we only had 2 simple and simple questions that could not be answered properly. Ms. Urosevic then kindly asked in the kitchen, but it came across as if the cook didn't feel like answering anything. We are writing this review because we have tried emailing the tenant couple several times but have not received a response. We celebrated our wedding in the Henessenmühle on August 26th, 2023. We decided to order the beef fillet offered on the banquet menu for our wedding. At the top of the menu it says: “At the Henessenmühle, meat plays the main role!”. At the rehearsal dinner in April 2023 there were six of us, no other guests in the mill (on a Saturday). We all ordered the “Black Angus Premium Beef Entrecote” that was offered. To our surprise, we were not asked at what level of doneness the entrecote should be served. When asked, the tenant said: the Henessenmühle does not offer different cooking levels, it is always fried the same way (we were not told whether medium rare, medium or well done). For this price and the publication of experience, quality and the high quality of the meat, very disappointing for us as normal earners. Our wish to get to know the tenant/head chef personally was not followed up on, even after asking several times. The argument here was that he was too tired and needed to sleep. Again very questionable as we would have liked to have met him in person. Too tired to introduce ourselves, but Mr. Pereira is not above filming/photographing our wedding cake without asking. So he was with us during the celebration, so he could have introduced himself briefly, something like that has to do with decency and respect. The bread that was served at the aperitif was accidentally dropped on the floor. Picked up again and served to guests. Hygiene?! Addendum: It's a shame to bring this all out publicly. There were 9 bikes and only 1 car in the parking lot, but without a reservation it's difficult. We never make reservations on a hike or bike tour for two. My wife and I went to dinner at the Henessenmühle yesterday on August 13th, 2022. Angelo and Kristina run the restaurant with a lot of passion and love. From the service to the food, everything was perfect. Kristina looks after the guests very lovingly and explains what is on the plate for each course. Angelo conjures up the food in the kitchen with passion and attention to detail, which is also reflected on the plate. Die Henessenmühle ist leider nur selten ausgebucht, vermutlich weil sie ein wenig abgelegen ist. Bei einem spontanen Besuch wurde uns von der Frau ans Herzen gelegt, jeweils vorher zu reservieren, da es gut sein könne, dass es keinen Platz mehr hätte. Bei einem anderen Mal haben wir telefonisch resevieren wollen. Die Frau hat uns dann warten lassen, um "zu prüfen" ob noch ein Tisch frei wäre. Dies kennt man gut bei fast ausgebuchten Restaurants, die tatsächlich prüfen müssen, ob noch weitere Kunden einplanen zu können. Hier war dies aber total unnötig und somit fast schon arrogant uns dies vorzugaukeln. Als wir nämlich ankamen, waren wir mit eineigen wenigen Besuchern den ganzen Abend alleine. Auch hier schien uns dies sehr gekünstelt und aufgesetzt. Dies finden wir sehr schade, so macht ein Aufenthalt einfach keine Freude.An Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit fehlt es der Dame nicht, jedoch muss auch dies von Herzen kommen und nicht zu übertrieben sein. Wir wünschten, dass sie lernt, dass eine gute Gastgeberin vor allem glaubwürdig sein soll.Ansonsten gibt es wahrhaftig nichts an diesem Restaurant auszusetzen.
