Last visit the service was excellent. Despite the store being full, the waitress always knew when we wanted something and the bill came immediately after eye contact. 🥰 The homemade Birchermüesli is excellent 🥰 Breakfast/brunch until 👍(2 p.m.). Have eaten breakfast here many times. The portion size is okay, the service is very friendly and a great team. Interior design could be brightened up. The table lamps are dazzling and would do with a delicate lampshade.

The Tea Room and Cafe Himmel (Frei) offers all kinds of sweets and other food and drink. Friendly service. I would love to come back. Recommended.

Even if there are a lot of people, you will always receive quick and friendly service!

Comfortably drinking coffee and eating a snack with a colleague I hadn't seen for years... time flew by. We were asked ‘attentively’ several times if we would like to order anything else. The third time it was said “kindly” that we should please leave because we had already sat for too long without consuming anything else. We accepted this invitation to leave, but for us it was also an invitation never to return! I work in the catering industry myself and know about people who spend ages sitting in front of their cup of coffee. But it would never have occurred to me to send guests out if there were still free tables, as was the case yesterday. A pity!

Was there on a busy Sunday. Service was very friendly and attentive. Very tasty patisserie and coffees as well as chai latte! Good location right next to the train station.

A nice place to drink coffee or have a small lunch. I don't need to do a lot of advertising, people know the sky in Baden. Beautiful colors indoors. Top location near the train station.

A great cafe, very nicely decorated. Friendly and prompt staff. The cappuccino was great (here you can get a glass of water with the café😃), the chocolate flakes on it melted when you stirred it and gave the coffee a chocolaty touch. The only downer: The taste of the omelet was more like scrambled eggs 🤷‍♂️, but still delicious.

Really VERY nice café / pastry shop with extremely friendly staff and in summer with extra fine ICE creams. HIGHLY recommended

We've been to heaven a few times and the culinary offerings are very diverse at a very fair price! Today it was a bit hectic and after a very unfriendly incident (we had made a reservation and had barely sat down when a person from the staff very rudely asked us to give up the table) we were looked after and served very well by B. Tumelero - thank you very much!

On Sunday it's packed as usual! But you can always find a cozy place...

Good ambience, very fine food and appropriate service. However, most of the time it is more full than empty, this is not a problem in Heaven as you can usually still find a place to sit.

Very much leaves a lot to be desired. At least today we had to wait a long time until we were served. Many tables were full of used dishes, even though there weren't many guests. The service does far too many training runs instead of clearing something away every time. The menu also still has a lot of room for improvement. The Tost Hawaii was served lukewarm and the cheese was not melted. Unfortunately it didn't taste good at all. When paying, the good woman had no idea what she had to collect. She urgently needs training/support. A pity.

The name heaven fits perfectly with the heavenly delights that await you here: fine baked goods, cakes, patisserie and also small warm dishes.

Lovely on the inside. The menu is dated and frankly boring, for the prices, they need to have a few more substantial and modern takes on brunch. The pastries are fantastic and coffee is ok. Service is usually good and they are friendly towards children. Sweet spot but nothing spectacularly memorable, food wise.

This is a lovely cafe that serves the local Frei baked goods and has an excellent location in the old town. We particularly like the croissants. On good sunny and rainy days it can be quite crowded.

Waited a little long for my drink, but otherwise I found it quite comfortable here.

We were at Café Himmel on Monday March 13th, 2023. It's a shame the café is so dark is like being in a cave. The selection at the counter was very poor, and very poor at coffee time (3 p.m.). We didn't really have it something whispers. The service staff was friendly.

This could easily become my favorite café in Baden. Cakes and tarts are super delicious, but ordering and paying for them at the counter in the shop is a bit complicated. The service at the table is very friendly and quick. The atmosphere is very cozy and inviting.

The cafe is right in the center and just a short walk from the station. Seating is also outside in a quiet place. A large selection of desserts. The service is fast and pleasant.

Nice location, woman at the counter was very rude and didn't point out to us in a very friendly way that we had the menu at the table. Hot chocolate tasted like expired milk, but was kindly taken off the bill. The cheese cake was burnt and the waitress told us that she wanted to collect it because she wanted to go on her break.

The cafe is nicely decorated and the cafe is fine. Unfortunately the team was totally undermanned. In other words, we had to wait and for this reason we decided not to try patisserie. I felt really sorry for the waitress. The leadership has to act.

Very friendly service! Coffee and food are good and nicely prepared. It's just a shame that the cafe is way too full! We were there at 9.30 during the week and the whole cafe was full to the last seat and the seating was very tight. It would be nice if you had a little more space.

Very good location, but has lost some of its atmosphere in recent years, although it has been in new hands for some time. Interior is a bit dark, details such as the toilet door handle have been broken for a long time.

Nice nostalgic café, super nice and attentive service, good breakfast. The Bircher muesli is highly recommended! We'd love to come back!

Very bad service and unfriendly staff

Very long waiting time, had to complain twice, then the waiter made me wait an extra long time! And then said to me, with a wink, that unfortunately I have already forgotten it! He made it clear to me: “You can wait a long time!” Coffee heaven 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. outside. Then I left, unfortunately without coffee!

High quality, price at the upper limit for Baden; There are chronically too few staff in service. The behavior of simply looking away and making the customer wait at least 15 minutes is acceptable these days. It's a shame, because the new owners once gave hope.

Super great service specialist - without question!!! However, I received the absolute worst ciabatta!!!! Not really warm, rolls as hard as pimples and without pepper, rather chewing gum style...not recommended 🫣

Was just there to buy patisserie, during opening hours nota bene. The displays were still empty. The saleswoman told me that if I wanted to see the things, I would just have to come later. We then went over to Sprüngli, where the goods are similarly overpriced, but the staff is at least friendly and not rude. A kingdom of heaven for attentive, service-oriented staff.

Cafe with good products but not friendly to children. One of the waitresses covered her ears because a baby started crying while waiters and customers looked at the family strangely. They are finally gone, in my opinion, due to everyone's pressure.

Around 10 a.m. I wanted to order a coffee with 2 croissants... It only had spelled and lye, I waited 10 minutes for my order, then she brought the coffee and said that there would only be croissants again in 10 minutes

First of all I would like to emphasize that the coffee is good and this café also has a very good employee in service - I think he is Austrian. This definitely deserves 5 stars. Now for the rest: Ordered a coke, unfortunately a wasp ended up in the glass. When I told this to a “nice lady”. Service reported, she said “Should I fish it out”?. Haha how ridiculous. As a rule - in every other restaurant - a new cola is simply served. Of course it was offset. 0 customer focus. Losing customers because of a few francs is sad. This simply shows that it is not being managed properly. Was my last coke there.

There is half-dried rosemary in the old teapots. A serving of tea is a tea bag with warm (not hot) water in a lidless glass pitcher.

Nice restaurant inside and out. Friendly staff. Good offer. Unfortunately closed too early in the evening on Sundays.

Coffee is good. But service is extremely bad. Asked 3 times for an invoice. Waited 15+ minutes. Get nothing. Luckily I still had some cash and was able to leave the correct amount at the table.
