Since the change of ownership in June 22, it has been really good again!

The staff at Himmellounge are very friendly and accommodating. The price performance ratio is very good. The shishas as well as the drinks are excellent. Will definitely come here again.

Was there on the weekend. The waiter brought the drinks late, but was very attentive and apologized. The shisha was very, very good, the bar is nicely decorated and there are enough parking spaces. I'd love to come back

Unfortunately the nachos and the chocolate fondue were of low quality. The shisha is very scratchy in the throat. The coal was still not changed after three requests. The service lady was nice but inattentive and slow. The only plus is the ambience

Unfortunately, since the Himmellounge changed hands, it is no longer what it used to be. The right side of the outside terrace looks like a large storage area or warehouse in the back. Visually it also unfortunately looks "unkempt/unlived". That's really a pity. At least the shishas are still good, as is the service.

If I ever come to Winterthur again, I will definitely stop by here, as a matter of principle, and give a particularly good tip. Places like this and people like this are needed in these completely crazy times!

As already described in a review, I wanted to visit the Himmellounge some time ago because I consider such bars with such a great location. However, when I made a reservation via Instagram for the following day (Friday evening), I was turned away on the day of the reservation in a rude and inappropriate tone because suddenly there was no room left, despite the reservation! The reservation was not taken into account via Instagram, despite it being pointed out on the website that you should reserve via Instagram. So I went to the competition where I was served supper, and they also set up an additional seat for me because it was basically full (without a reservation), so the Himmellounge could take a leaf out of it. The reservation was made via Instagram, all necessary data such as: time, name, number of people, date were taken into account. I won't go to Himmellounge in the future because I want to avoid things like that.

The Himmellounge is great in terms of location and location, there's nothing wrong with that. Recently, however, I wanted to make a reservation and the homepage says that you should contact us via Instagram regarding reservation requests. I did this and contacted you via Instagram as described. This was on a Wednesday (wanted to make reservations for Friday). To date, no one has come forward. I find it extremely unprofessional to simply ignore your customers and reservation requests! That really doesn't work. If you don't have time for that, it's no problem, but you can at least write a quick message to the customer saying that you will take care of the concern/inquiry as quickly as possible. Unfortunately this was not the case. We were also turned away by the owner once (around 11:15 p.m.) because apparently you have to sit inside from 12:00 a.m. We accepted this because we thought it was worth not having another drink and smoking a shisha for 45 minutes. But when we drove through there again at 2 a.m. and we still saw people up there, we felt a bit fooled. In my opinion, the team is rather unprofessional, with 1.2 exceptions. One of the female waitresses also makes an extremely unmotivated impression and repeatedly ignores you, even though you want to order drinks or something else again. We reported this to the bar once when we paid, but no one really cared. Unfortunately very arrogant and totally unprofessional. I would strongly advise the restaurant to professionalize its service all around.

I would recommend the Himmellounge to everyone. Outdoor area: Very positively, the heating system on the roof of a high-rise building has been beautifully designed with palm trees and flowers and the seating is also very comfortable. Indoors: There is not so much space indoors but it is also very comfortable to smoke. Shisha: In my opinion a very careful and special shisha. Food / Drink: 1 I have to tell you one thing: they have the best. We also have the chocolate fondu, which is very attractive to try out. The drinks aren't too expensive either. Unfortunately the gentlemen weren't accommodating enough to make an exception since we had a long journey. It's a shame because we asked really politely. Went there with a group of friends, would go again in a heartbeat! Great atmosphere and great employees, very friendly and attentive, are very accommodating and immediately respond to the customer, it gives you a very familiar feeling being there because you can see how much they enjoy working and their humorous nature immediately pulls you in. So unfortunately we didn't even get to smoke shisha because it was very small, there were about 10 people there and it was already full. One customer sat in 4 seats, another couple did the same. We then asked the employee if he could just put them together since we were there with 5 people. Then he said he unfortunately couldn't do that... The hammer shisha lounge terrace in Winterthur is located on the 3rd floor and has great prices. Cocktails drinks from heaven lounge the madness and the ambience very pleasant.
