Good value for money. Double room with shower was clean and well maintained. It’s pretty basic but works well for staying for a night or two. Staff was very helpful and welcoming, we got a free drink at the bar downstairs. Pillows are too soft for my taste and there are no dark curtains. Otherwise everything was alright. Very close to the main attractions of Schwyz and to the hiking area. There is a free parking right next to the hotel.

We stayed here for 6 nights on our way as pilgrims on the Way of St. James. The staff is very nice. From 8 a.m. you can have breakfast for 16 CHF. Price performance fits here. Rooms relatively new and clean. Shared kitchen is available as well as a large refrigerator. Bus stop 1 minute in front of the accommodation. We had a double room with a toilet and shower in the room. Pub on the ground floor. You get a guest card and a welcome drink :) would recommend it.

Very good hotel to spend the night and walk around the city of swchyz and go for a hike, the rooms are pretty normal looking and clean, the locks are confusing to use and some of them don't even work or where already locked. The toilets were clean but the shower head was crooked and didn't work very well Breakfast is very expensive at 16 eur for a buffet which there aren't many choices to eat, some ham,croissant, bread, yogurts, coffeee and juices There is a pub on the bottom floor which is nice and you can't hear anything when you're in your room which let's you sleep or party, whatever you want

Spanish is spoken here and the employees are super nice and available. It's a cheap place to stay and eat after a day of hiking. Very nice staff and cool bar with live music on the ground floor. What really bothered me was the smell of smoke in the hallway and in the room.

I’ve been to Switzerland many times and have hiked amazing trails and have seen breathtaking sights. However, my stay at Hirschen this time around (I stayed here for 1 night 5 years ago too) curiously made me feel at home in Switzerland for the first time. The amenities aren’t the nicest per se, but something about a big bike club celebrating at the pub to live bands playing there to even just hanging out at the bar on a relatively empty Sunday night where the few locals actually tried talking to me (and even offered a room should I ever return) made me feel so very comfortable even to the point where I may or may not have tried flirting with a cute staff member. It’s experiences like this that make me want to move to a Swiss mountain town in Schwyz and grow with the community.

There was something bad about the toilet, there were rumors that there wasn't enough ventilation, the rest was OK.

Everything was great except for the parking. Too few parking spaces in front of the house

We arrived with our eBikes and were able to store and lock them in a separate room without any ifs or buts. All in all a good hotel, but you can't have the expectations of a 5* hotel. Disliked · The rooms are no longer the newest and therefore smell slightly. The bathroom is quite small and accordingly spartan. But it was totally ok for us because we were traveling accordingly.

Good budget option, just 5 min from the old town. All beds have a small self for your nick nack. Facilities were clean.

The hotel may not be the newest, but the rooms are neat and clean. And I recommend an Einsiedel Helles beer accompanied by a spicy cheeseburger with baked potatoes, all for about CHF 20. Room prices are between 50-60Chf. Nice service.

At the entrance they put a price and when you collect they give you another! Moderately comfortable, clean and tidy room. The shared bathroom was a real disaster, bad smell, we got up at 7, it was 9 and still no one cleaned. The shower curtain was really disgusting, full of fungus from maybe how long ago! Thank goodness we didn't have breakfast, because it was just industrial pastries and some apples. And they charged €14 per person... We only spent one night, but it was enough to never return!

Located 4-5 minutes by foot from the city center, has parking spots in front of the hotel.
