Very good hamburgers, with delicious sauces!!

The restaurant setting is warm and modern. The staff are always welcoming and pleasant. The quality of the products is really top and everything comes from Switzerland or even the region. The burgers are incredible, there is something for everyone. The fries are excellent, nothing like those of the competition. For my part, it’s among the best burger restaurants!

Sion is a very beautiful area with a lot of visitors. It has everything. I ask everyone to go to Sion

Fairly quiet location outside peak hours and very good value for money. I recommend. American diner style atmosphere from the 50s, the vintage note is very nice too.

Signature Cheese & Bacon Burger did suprisingly not convince me. My friends Chicken Burger although very tasty. Meal was prepared in minutes and stuff was friendly.

I feel like the burger is way too overrated. I got a big cheeseburger, but the beef patty tasted a little off. It was more like a sausage, and it looked like it was made from plants, which is also off. But all in all, it's a nice place!

As an American, finding a good hamburger has been a challenge in Switzerland. Plus everywhere you go they have French fries, so finding this place was very refreshing. I had the avocado burger and it was very tasty. The French fries tasted like what I am used to at home. The guys working were very helpful, even offering a menu in English. I have already recommended this place to others working on my team, and plan to visit before I leave.

This Holy Cow in Sion offers excellent quality burgers at an affordable price. The portions are generous and the flavor combinations are successful. The atmosphere is friendly and the staff friendly. An ideal choice for enjoying delicious burgers without breaking the bank.

The sandwiches are great. BUT the fries 🍟 are swimming in oil, it’s a shame

So I ask for a lager beer, I arrive at the table and the beer is the white one. I ask to change it and there he replies arrogantly that I still have to pay for the other one even if I haven't tasted or drank even a little taste. Manager wouldn't even listen he said I have to pay. It's not for 5chf but if I ask for something and I receive another then it's not my fault.

Based on the recommendation of the new employee Anna at my favorite bar Café du Nord, I visited this restaurant and was skeptical. As a huge meat lover, it takes a lot to get me excited, but the quality of the meat is absolutely fantastic. You can feel that the meat is fresh and produced in a quality way, which is very rare for hamburgers in restaurants. The taste of the hamburger is perfect. By the way, I had the King Kong Carnivore. The chefs know their meat and know the perfect cooking point to offer the maximum taste for their customers. The bread is fresh and very tasty. The fries are cut nice and wide so they stay juicy and warm until the end of the meal and they are perfectly salted. These people know their stuff, so they can trust you. It's unfortunately rare that I get a meal at a restaurant that's so amazing that it makes me moan with joy and enjoyment, but that was definitely the case here. And all that with a hamburger and French fries. I am speechless and thrilled. I'm used to eating 300 to 900g of meat, but I really struggled with this hamburger menu, complete with French fries. So it definitely fills everyone up for a long time. The staff is very friendly and professional, both at the front desk when ordering, as well as in the back office and in the customer area, where they are constantly cleaning diligently to keep hygiene standards high. I arrived a little late and am a very leisurely eater, so the manager of Holy Cow Sion should also be praised for letting me sit comfortably even 15 minutes after the store closed, as there was still some work to be done in the back office. He was very friendly and that's exactly what I love about Sion. Employees who had finished work earlier sat down to talk to the regular customers, as in this restaurant you meet at eye level and the atmosphere is very relaxed and familiar. You immediately feel at home and comfortable. I really liked the music. Only the white ceiling lamps would benefit from a thin colored paper film to bring a little warmth into the room. Visitors who don't know Valais and its warmth are probably unsettled because they miss the hustle and affected friendliness of Geneva or Zurich. Good thing, then Sion remains an insider tip for people with good hearts and open eyes. Dear Anna, thank you from the bottom of my heart for recommending this restaurant to me and you weren't exaggerating when you said it is the best hamburger in the world. Thanks to you, I will now send all of my friends and colleagues as well as my fitness club, singing club and guests at my favorite bar, i.e. around 200 people, to Holy Cow so that you too can enjoy this culinary experience. Quality food, friendly staff, reasonable prices

Passing through because the competition was already closed (2:30 p.m.), I nevertheless remain a little disappointed with the quality compared to the brand's beginnings! Overcooked meat, not very tasty bacon (probably drowned by excess sauce) and Gorgonzola, I had to open the Burger to check that it was really there! Damage. Well it’s still much better than a McDonald’s eh :) Otherwise convenient hours, room to eat and clean!

Not the burger we are used to in the USA, but still very tasty. We were blown away be the helpful service and how quickly our food was prepared. Highly reccomend to our fellow travelers for a quick bite.

Friendly welcome. Good burgers, but fries too big for my taste and portion too generous. Pretty expensive. CHF 3.- more on the menu for a beer (compared to another drink) is a bit excessive. We had to wait a bit for our order as often happens in restaurants that deliver to your home, unfortunately.

I put three stars because my family loves the quality and taste of their burgers. The veggie burgers, in my opinion are an afterthought. They are sloppy, too soft so fall apart and make for messy eating, lacking in both form and taste— regardless of all the sauces they are drowned in. I wish they would improve this option for vegetarians and vegans.

Amazing !!! The burgers are AMAZING!!! After delivery, the dishes are still very hot. Special mention for the fries which are, without exaggeration, the best fries I have tasted in my life!! The price is high, but largely corresponds to the dishes offered. A must-see, don't hesitate, impossible to be disappointed!

While passing through Switzerland during our vacation, we tested the burgers at Holy Cow! And we are not disappointed at all! Lots of choice of burgers (including vegetarian), and quality meat! The waiters were very friendly and gave us time to choose without rushing.

Because we didn't have a mask, we weren't allowed to eat anything and even paid for the mask. In every other shithole a mask is offered, we weren't even allowed to sit even though we had 2G Plus. Incredible chicanery. Then we and all our colleagues will avoid such a store in the future, even after Corona.

Good burgers prepared with local ingredients, but please, Holy Cow, invest in some basic customer care training for your personnel ! We were served out burgers by a grumpy guy shouting out randomly our reservation numbers, then telling us to go outside, then shouting out our numbers in the same way outside. It reminded me of Full Metal Jacket, the movie.
