I haven't seen the place but I ordered through devoora and I received a disgusting meal, that is, the burgers are the most horrendous, salty and shoddy quantity I've ever eaten for what they cost a thousand times better than the McDonald's! Never again!!

In Bellinzona before going to a sporting event, I was looking for a place where I could have dinner and which had a varied offering. HOOK was able to meet my expectations, with a menu that certainly satisfies everyone. With a friend we took the classic cordon bleu and that to hell, both good and generous. Top service and quality!

We had a really good time... We've already been there a few times... We have an 18 month old girl and the waitress was very helpful and very nice... even with regards to diaper changes she was really kind to find the solution... We will return again and again

I am amending the positive review from 3 years ago. I had dinner with friends, ordered all-you-can-eat ribs, and so far so good, the ribs were also good. The problem lies precisely in the "at will" issue, it seems completely unacceptable to me (as a customer) that our request for refueling was denied, it was between 9-9.30pm, you can come up with all the excuses you want about statistics, timetables and more, if you offer a service this must be respected. Obviously after this news, annihilated and dismayed, we concluded our dinner and went elsewhere. We will hardly return.

I returned to the Hook with some friends despite Simone Castelli's 1-star review some time ago. Attracted by the all-you-can-eat ribs for just 25.-, we all decided to order them. Around 9pm, the bad discovery: asking for a fourth supply of ribs, the manager replied to us with a peremptory "we're sorry, but we can't stay here to make ribs until tomorrow morning", followed by an "eh, we're not a all you can eat” and from a “usually you eat 7 more ribs, maximum 12”. The funny thing is that the wording "all you want" was reported several times on the menu, even on the Facebook page I later discovered that it was actually written "RIBS ALL YOU CAN EAT for only 25.-" (photo below). A really big shame because the ribs were also good and the service was dynamic. I can understand the desire to attract potential customers with advantageous offers, but if you are not willing to actually provide a product "at will" (and personally I wouldn't see this as a problem), just remove the writing and avoid justifying yourself with calculations and small averages. Good day!

Guys I commanded at midnight after a military march and they brought us pizza, I can never be grateful enough, PIZZA FLASH are the best!!!!

Got takeaway ribs and chips for the first time since our favorite restaurant/grotto is closed on Mondays. Modest portions for both ribs and chips, good flavor despite clearly being reheated in the oven (but paid for as fresh from the grill) I'm sure they must have been very good when freshly grilled. Final judgement... in the future we'll try not to make us want ribs on Mondays.

Excellent food, I highly recommend the various types of meat that are served with excellent sauces and types of cooking. The staff is very kind and always available! (PS. Amazing music) Fully recommended for a dinner with friends.

The ribs were delicious, tender and juicy, perfectly cooked with a smoky flavor that exploded on the palate. Their salsa was outstanding! But the real star of the meal was the tomahawk. It was prepared to perfection, with a crispy crust and a tender, juicy interior. The flavor of the meat was extraordinary! In summary, the restaurant was an unforgettable dining experience with delicious food, exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere!

Tourists beware!!! We felt cheated because they tried to charge us for things we didn't order, they brought us dishes that we hadn't ordered and, even though we had specified that we didn't intend to pay for the things we didn't order, they tried until the very end to put them on our bill. Rude, dishonest service and mediocre food. We were shocked by the constant attempts to scam us just because we weren't local. Bad experience, tourists stay away. It's a shame that this was our first contact with Switzerland. We won't be returning.

owner, waiter and chef very kind and attentive. I really appreciated the tranquility and the time spent there for about 4 hours on Valentine's evening, and it all allowed me to plate a bit of everything, even salad, bread and lemon... I had a thought about plateing the rose but I gave up.

I'm from Bologna, I wanted to pay with euros and the waiter Vito told me with 0 kindness "No, you can't" there's no way a waiter rudely tells you that you can't pay with euros.

Negative experience, we had booked to eat a chinoise and they served it to us without sauces, only after repeated requests did they bring them to us. The rice was cold and the chips too few for 7 people, the refill was slow (naturally only after several requests on our part). The meat was not of high quality, only the last dish was good but, since we were all already full, we were not able to fully enjoy it. At the end of the evening we paid 40 francs per chinoise instead of 36 (as written on the menu) with the following excuse: "it's New Year's Eve". Furthermore, a girl at the table requested a MARGHERITA pizza, which in addition to being burnt, also cost 30 francs (including 1 spritz). I find that the price is incorrect in relation to how much I ate, but not even the single cost of a margherita was shown on the receipt (mystery).

Great experience! I've been there twice: first with friends, then with my boyfriend. Tried Peter Pan burgers and then ribs. The burger was big but not too big, with well-measured sauces and condiments. The meat was juicy and tasty, which made me fall in love! The bread was fresh and soft just right. However, the ribs, ordered on Sunday, were well cooked and good, the meat fell away from the bone which was wonderful! The quantity was right, there is the possibility of having as many as you like upon reservation. Lacked a bit of flavor, light marination, but didn't affect my opinion much. Friendly and very friendly staff, they make you feel at home! I highly recommend!

I don't recommend it, I got a chicken in a basket. The chicken was good but the sauce was runny and just tasted like salt, when it should normally be thicker. Plus the terrible service, it takes an eternity to order drinks. The WORST thing was the cleanliness, quite dirty cutlery (stains) the glasses the WORST OF THE WORST!!!! There were two of us and in both glasses there were little balls of dust or something else, and there was dirt. When I asked to change the glass the waiter told me it was the dishwasher, and he didn't change my glass. There was also a taste of alcohol, I don't know if it was the cleaning alcohol or the drinking alcohol, but that was the flavor and the water had taken on all the taste of it. It has nothing to do with whether it's the fault of the dishwasher or not, if I ask to change the glass ZOZZO you have to change it for me! Furthermore, the dish to put the chicken bones in was also dirty! Stains from leftovers from before (sauce stains I think).

Great prices October 25, 2021 I'm updating my review from a while ago. We got the pizza through devours. 3 pizzas 47fr, nothing strange except that they were terrible. The sauce seemed cooked before it was put on the pizza and there was no mozzarella on top but probably a cheaper cheese in grains. A delusion.
