There was parking! The elevator is very slow. The room was perfect for relaxing! The usual offer for breakfast, the bacon was not fried. A total of 4!

Lights in the rooms do not have shades and are therefore far too bright, for example on the bed.

Such a terrible experience coz my room (118) even didn't have enough space for my luggage.

Four star hotel that in my opinion only deserves three.

The room i got was fantastic, it was big like a suite. Meanwhile, my parents got the absolute smallest room ever. It can only fit either a full or a queen sized bed, and that's it. They can not even open their luggage in their room. They have to migrate their luggage into mine. It was like a dormitory room. I have no idea why that would happen because my room is great. One night, my parents locked themselves out from their room and called help, but no one answered. The reception wasn't there. No one was there at ALL. The service was extremely bad. We waited for 1 hour, kept calling the receptionist, and waited in the lobby. Since no staff is there at all, we decided to call the police and then police called the hotel. I believe the hotel owner eventually came to the hotel and opened the room. They should've had receptionist 24 hours because what if someone locked themselves out? I heard they only work from 9/10am - 11pm.

We stayed there using a voucher, and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. Upon arrival (in the elevator already), we were greeted with an unpleasant odor that permeated the entire hotel. The room we were assigned was uncomfortably cold, indicating a lack of proper temperature management. The breakfast offered was substandard and, frankly, a health concern. Some of the food, like the cucumbers, even had mold on them, which is unacceptable for any establishment. Adding to the discomfort, we discovered we were the only guests in the hotel, an eerie and unsettling experience. The so-called "suite" was a major letdown. The design and architecture were baffling, with color schemes that were nothing short of horrendous. The lack of basic amenities like automatic blinds further dampened our experience, as we had to manually adjust them ourselves. Moreover, both my partner and I developed rashes after using the bathtub, a surprising reaction considering we have no known allergies. This raises serious questions about the hygiene and safety standards maintained by the hotel even though the room itself was properly cleaned. Maybe the cleaning substances were toxic? Lastly, the staff's attitude was unwelcoming and unfriendly, adding to an already disappointing experience. Overall, our stay at Hotel Alex was a series of discomforts and letdowns, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant stay.
