As we were driving to Italy in a snow storm, we had to stop because the roads were too dangerous and we had no tire chains. We were quite desperate to find a place to stay overnight and found by miracle this hotel where we had the best service ever!!! Theresa was the kindest person that saved the day for us. She reserved two family rooms for us, prepared a table for dinner and helped us the next day to make it to our final destination. The room was above expectations, the beds were very comfortable and the food (dinner and breakfast) were amazingly good! If you drive by this hotel/pizzeria, stop for a coffee or breakfast or pizza or the night. You won’t regret it!!!

Racist and offensive attitude!!! My company felt bad, we asked for help and were denied saying that it wasn't a hospital, offending us and threatening to call the police, due to the "disturbance" caused at an inappropriate time (11.40pm). I hope that the people who stay and will stay in this hotel are in good health because, if not, they will not be given any help!!

The rooms and beds are very comfortable, the welcome is warm, and the environment is ideal for Zernez and visiting the national park. Remember to ask for the free guest card which allows you to visit the park with the buses and cable cars for free! :) Breakfast is excellent ! Fresh produce, delicious fruit and porridge, homemade jam, cake... A treat! We also went to the hotel restaurant, it was really good. The ricotta mushroom ravioli with a touch of walnuts, and the scaloppina were delicious, and the homemade desserts: tiramisu and apfelstrudel. Everything was tasty and the portions were really huge!! It's nice. Great time :) The owner and her husband are very friendly, and the restaurant team is friendly and smiling 😊 Message for the restaurant waiter: thank you for the cork, you saved our bottle!! We will come back and recommend!

We actually know it as a great pizzeria, but the service staff disappointed us twice in a row... one lady was very friendly, but the two gentlemen were neither customer nor service-oriented. Last year the service couldn't speak German or English, which we attributed to the lack of skilled workers. Just because the host couple is nice, we deserve one last chance... hopefully we'll be pleasantly surprised.

Unfortunately there is no continuous hot kitchen :( it's a shame I would have liked to have had a pizza at 5 p.m..
