We reserved a room to eat in the evening for a birthday. It was possible to decorate the room. The waiter was very generous, a little charismatic with a humor that must be understood. This didn't bother us at all. Beyond that, he remained present by regularly asking us if everything was okay and if we were missing anything. The food was of very good quality with a menu offering a multitude of choices. We enjoyed this moment.

We were not at the hotel but at the restaurant this Sunday February 25. The meal was delicious and very refined, all in an absolutely magnificent indoor and especially outdoor setting. Small downside...your server just lacked a smile and motivation... We'll come back anyway

I hope the restaurant takes steps to resolve these issues, because the quality of the food deserves equally excellent service. I believe that a more transparent and honest approach to customers will significantly contribute to the reputation of the establishment.

Nice place from where we can see the Alps and the lake. There is a bus stop and free parking. The food is good. The staff is a little too changeable. I find it a shame that we can't have 2 different menus for a family reunion.

They have the honesty to display the origin of the food, but unfortunately, this is not a good idea... Asian frog legs, Latin American beef and horse, etc. I find this sad in a region which tries to highlight its local products. It's not as if the beef from Val-de-Ruz is disgusting... The trout and the paleas are Swiss and the prices are relatively fair, that's something. In short, an aging menu and a restaurant trying to get by financially with imported products...
