Allez-y pour la chasse, c'est une tuerie ! Spatzli maison autant léger que goûtus et croquant, une petite poire au vin qu'on a l'impression de boire un vin chaud à un marché de Noël, choux rouge extra et viande indiscutable tant dans sa qualité que dans sa cuisson. Ajouter à cela un personnel sympa et un cadre au milieu de la nature avec les cloches des vaches en ressortant, ainsi qu'un choix de vins tout à fait correct, c'était parfait ! À l'année prochaine !
