We ordered a sausage cheese salad and a plate of salmon. Cheese had no taste. When I asked what brand we were told it was Emmental. I eat a lot of Emmental cheese but for the life of me I couldn't figure it out. The rest of the plate was ok. There is usually toast with the salmon plate. When I pointed this out, we were told there wasn't one. There were four small pieces of bread in the bread basket. When I asked for more bread, an employee came, took the bread from another bread bowl with his hands and placed the bread in our bread basket. He had previously brought Cardterminal to another table. I'm usually not that picky, but you should have a little decency when it comes to hygiene.

Was there for dinner today. Ordered veal liver. Wanted Rösti with it which is also on the online menu. This is crossed out on the local map. When I asked why there were no Rösti, I was told that there were never Rösti in the summer... only again in the fall. I then ordered veal liver with risotto. The veal liver had a lot of brown sauce and was very well fried. But the taste was good. The boss came and asked if everything was okay. I thought that the veal liver was cooked a little too long and was a little tough as a result. He said succinctly, it's a matter of taste.
