Hotel Restaurant Sparrhorn in Naters

These were probably the worst chicken nuggets I had ever eaten. Still lukewarm on top of everything else. Avoid this restaurant if at all possible

We have been going to the Sparrhorn on our ski holidays for decades. We tried other restaurants... but the Sparrhorn and the team were the best.

Great hotel, loving, courteous family, very good service and great food! Thank you for this lovely stay, which we were able to enjoy to the fullest. We will be back

The hotel is very child-friendly (child was 7 months). Cot including blanket and stuffed animal, hot water was provided free of charge upon request and the porridge was warmed up. The double rooms are rather small but very clean. The view and the location (ski lift right in front of the front door) are brilliant. The staff at breakfast were very friendly, the service in the evening seemed rather unmotivated and listless. Overall our stay was great!

I think the prices for the food are overpriced and the visual difference between 3 and 5 chicken nuggets is big! 1 liter of carbonated water is served in a carafe and we also found this very expensive. We also found the Rivella very expensive. We found the staff very unmotivated but as I said, that's just our impression

Courteous, friendly staff. Large selection of food while skiing. Or even enough choice for a small hunger. Or warm drinks to warm up. Very large portions for the price. I can recommend it!

I find self-service a little un-relaxing

Martin Summermatter is the best host on the whole of Belalp. Helpful and takes care of everything. No matter what the problem is, Martin solves it and always asks if everything is okay. All hosts should take Martin as a role model.
