Hotel Ronco in Ronco sopra Ascona

Das Hotel Ronco wird liebevoll von den Besitzern geführt, immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Küche des Hauses ist ausgezeichnet und zur zu empfehlen. Die Aussicht ist am Besten.

Service im Restaurant ist unfreundlich, langsam und arrogant...macht die schöne Aussicht nicht wett. Leben offensichtlich von der Lage.

Unfreundlicher geht nicht mehr. Trotz schöner Aussicht wirklich nicht zu empfehlen. Schade! Haben es offensichtlich nicht mehr nötig.

Hotel mit sensationeller Aussicht auf See & Berge. Die Zimmer sind etwas älter, aber zweckmässig eingerichtet und sauber. Ziemlich ringhörig. Das Essen war sehr fein. Beim Servicepersonal haben wir unterschiedliche Erfahrungen gemacht. Ein Herr war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Eine Dame hingegen war alles andere als freundlich. Schade, ein toller Aufenthalt wird mit bitterem Nachgeschmack in Erinnerung gehalten.

Die Aussicht ist einfach fantastisch.Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Seite. Das Zimmer war klein aber in Ordnung und sehr sauber. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr ringhörig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Hôtel tout à fait correct, personnel et patron très accueillants et sympathiques, chambre simple mais propre, vue à couper le souffle.Nous n'avons pas mangé sur place à part le petit déjeuner, donc pas d'avis sur la nourriture.

Was excited to arrive in the hotel and get a cold drink.Arriving there I had to realize the garage was to small for my car.The hotel has no elevator and there is no one to help carrying my luggage. Arriving at the entrance the service personal (two men) didn’t even asked if they can help.This hotel was built long long long time ago and even if it’s not up to date if you treat your customers like you should I would not mind.I was there before and we are facing the hottest summer in Switzerland this year, on my question if we could get a fan (there is no aircondition in the room) the unfriendly receptionist told me this is not needed as last year it was warmer. Don’t lie to your customers!!! We could not have icecubes as they needed them for the drinks (no service on the pool, don’t know how they sell the drinks).It was also not possible to have a drink on the tables (the reservation for dinner from customers was 2h later)Arriving in our room the room was like a sauna and there was nothing this hotel was willing to do to help us take the heat a bit better. I was not feeling welcomed not in one second. The view is incredible but the rest is a nightmare.Don’t waste your money in this disgusting unfriendly hotel. I will never ever checkin there, not even for free.

die wunderbare lage zeichnet dieses hotel aus. blick auf den Lago Maggiore, auf Ascona und Locarno. das badezimmer war ein bisschen eng. einrichtung zweckmässig.
