Nice hotel, perfect location, especially for us on our way through. The train station is next door, but you don't notice it at all in the hotel. Downtown, bars, restaurants and the stadium within a few minutes walk. Incredibly friendly service at reception and at the breakfast buffet. The breakfast is also really recommended. We were only guests for one night, but we really felt very welcome!

Forgotten belongings in the hotel room. Refusal of the hotel to enter into the matter. You had to go back in person. Poor customer service.

Lovely 3 star hotel in the heart of Winterthur. Friendly reception. My room was towards the garden with a nice view and very calm. Just by the station and in 20min at the Airport of Zurich by train. The room was tidy and spacious. Has a kettle with tea and coffee in the room plus little fridge. The breakfast was lovely with cheese, eggs etc. The bed was comfy . Many restaurants nearby especially around the corner a lovely Thai restaurant.

Die Buchung war online unkompliziert moeglich. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Ich wurde genug frueh informiert ueber einer Wasser Schaden und haette die Moeglichkeit die Buchung kostenlos zu stornieren. Zum Glueck war die Stoerung bei meinen Ankunft behoben. Sehr zu empfehlen, zentral neben Bahnhof, aber mit sehr gute phonische Isolation.

We recently stayed at this hotel for 6 nights on vacation. Although not in central Zurich, it was easily accessible (about 20 minutes) by train. In fact, we used the trains as our mode of transportation mostly and this hotel is just across the street in perfect location. The showers and water pressure were excellent. Our room was spacious and was above our expectations. They even provided slippers for use in the room.
