Bad service. On January 23, I tried to get information by phone, but I couldn't reach anyone. To date, no one has responded to my text message, even though I have contacted you several times.

Service was super friendly, the fondue was very tasty, but unfortunately it didn't work to heat it up. probably meant the wrong hotpot, it was just ashes when we left the hotpot... but of course we'll be back because everything else was just great.

Holiday and wellness atmosphere... We spent a wonderfully cozy evening as a couple in the heated water in the "wooden tub", located near the shore. If you want to cool off, you can leave the cozy tub for a short time and hop into the lake. There is also a textile-free wooden cabin sauna. Everything is very well thought out, organized well and efficiently. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Jeannine, who was responsible for our HotPot, charmingly heated, informed and served what we ordered via a tablet that comes with every tub. A recommended winter treat!

We booked the oval 2-seater HotPot. The 2-person HotPots are located directly on the lake and are very romantic. There is also a sauna on offer and the infusion was fantastic. The food is delicious, the service is friendly - we will definitely stop by again next season.

Got this as a birthday present and was endlessly impressed. Above all, the sauna with its huge window front and view of the lake was a huge highlight!

Mega Mega Mega! We had a brilliant evening, everything went perfectly! The sauna is an additional highlight to enjoy the warmth when you're not sitting in the hotpot!

The fondue was very tasty (chili fondue is recommended) unfortunately the portions for 28.- were very small and the fondue was very viscous! The cold temperatures made this even tougher, which was a shame. I didn't find the water to be clean; there was a lot of hair floating on the surface. However, we found the whole thing to be a pleasant experience.

It was simply wonderful, cozy, relaxing and incredibly decelerating. The service was extremely courteous and tried to make the perfect evening for us. It was simply fantastic and, despite the icy temperatures outside, it was nice and warm in the pot. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for the lovely evening. Fabienne & Stefan

Super great ambience, very friendly staff, fine food (including pizzas and fine desserts) and everything was very clean. An absolutely great experience and worth every franc.

An experience that can be fully recommended! Drive there, park, check in, change (don't forget 2 francs for the cloakroom) and enjoy. The small hotpots are located directly on the lake, the larger ones at the top. The fondue was delicious and Miriam’s service was attentive and friendly. Everything is lovingly and professionally furnished. We would definitely come again.

Were there on December 29th, 2023, everything went well and we had a great evening. The fondues are delicious, the drink selection is small but suitable. HotPot right on the lake for a quick cool down, moonlight night. A perfect short trip, great experience.

We had a completely successful evening. From the entrance to the cloakroom, everything is decorated with lights and torches, there is a fireplace in the cloakroom and there are partitions between the hotpots. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The truffle fondue was delicious and there is a good selection of drinks.

We were in the HotPot in the evening on December 20th, 2023. An absolute highlight for us. As soon as we entered the entrance we were greeted with a great fire and lots of torches. The food is fine and the service is friendly. The HotPots look great and the furnishings match the romantic ambience. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to do something completely different.

Thank you for this great evening. There were four of us with you and enjoyed a great fondu. Price-performance ratio was also completely fine. Especially when you consider that everything is heated with wood. The service was very friendly and repeatedly asked about our well-being. We'd love to come back. :)

We rented a hotpot last night. Unfortunately, it was rather uncomfortably cold in the changing room because the fireplace wasn't burning. The tablet (for the service) at the hotpot didn't work, so we had to wait forever until someone from the staff happened to come by and restart it (45 minutes later). By the time someone came over, the pot was pretty cold and we were already cold. It was then "fired up" straight away, but it didn't burn and we couldn't call anyone again because the tablet crashed again. We were so cold by now that we decided to leave. At the checkout we were asked if we were satisfied, we answered rather less and enjoyed our stay as described above. That's all well and good, but the answer wasn't a "sorry" or anything like that. We were simply told, "I don't know why the tablets don't work." Afterwards we cashed in and we left disappointed. The ambience and food would have been great, but due to the broken tablet and the somewhat inattentive staff (who knew it didn't work) it was a really cold and uncomfortable stay for the 155.00 without food or drink. Price-performance ratio wasn't right for us. A pity!

At the beginning of November, a hotpot for six people was rented for December 23rd and paid for directly. However, we had to cancel a few days after making the reservation. No problem until then, the contact form was filled out and so far good. Then weeks passed and you still haven't got the money back. When you contacted me again, you were told that you would get in touch again when the money had been transferred back. After waiting for over a week with no response, contact was made again which was read but ignored. Same thing in mid-December, contacted again but no response. We would actually have liked to consider renting a hotpot soon and enjoying it. However, with this experience we will definitely change our mind. For me, there is no good business sense and no interest in taking care of customers as quickly and carefully as possible.

The best fondue I've had so far! The experience, the atmosphere and the view were unique and deeply relaxing.

A beautiful beach with everything you could wish for. Children's playground, sports field and restaurant with good food. Gladly again and again.

Very great idea! The two of us rented a hotpot and really enjoyed the time. You can enjoy a very tasty fondue, dessert and a large selection of drinks in the water. The water temperature was very pleasant and can be made warmer if desired. The service was very pleasant and reserved, but always there if you had a request. All in all a successful evening, gladly again!

Fantastic, wonderful break by the lake

Very pleasant service, privacy is given and yet courteous service is offered, beautiful ambience by the lake and with candles, torches and lamps. Really delicious fondue with good bread on the side! Even the bathrobe, beach towel and flip-flops are provided. We enjoyed a really great evening! Thanks! 👍🏼🙏

After our 3-month journey, the evening at the HotPot was the perfect end! It's all very homely and lovingly decorated. A highlight was the 2in1 fondue in the HotPot - you don't have to choose one with this delicious selection ;)

Great idea implemented with attention to detail. We were lucky and had the hot pot by the lake 😍. As expected, the food was very good and the service was polite, discreet and friendly.

I was allowed to take part in the test evening and was very enthusiastic. Enjoying a fondue in the hotpot under the moonlight and light snowfall was unique! The whole area has been decorated with a lot of love (the cloakroom area is beautifully lit and even heated with a small wood stove). I can highly recommend a visit.
