Falafel pocket bread was edible but not special. The pocket bread dough was kind of sweet, which didn't go well with the whole taste. French fries were like two days old and warmed up. Delivery was friendly and nice. Max. 2 stars.

When ordering with delivery, I am told that payment by card is possible and then when the supplier is on site they say I don't know anything about it, I don't have a card reader and therefore no payment is possible by card. When ordering for pickup they say it's too much stress, no time, you have to wait about 30 minutes or longer, but when you're there or driving through and just check, there's no one in the store and you don't have any stress! So I don't really understand this kebab shop, interest in customers is zero.

Even though we were the only customers, we had to wait 20 minutes for our food, which wasn't really tasty either. The meat was way too dry, practically no sauce. The service was friendly, but the competition is too great to eat there again.

I wanted to order some food via the website. Unfortunately not possible. The website is partly in German, English and Turkish which makes it even more difficult. Since the website is mostly in Turkish, I find it difficult to understand anything. I wanted to write a message using the contact form on the website, but that wasn't possible. I downloaded the app for the restaurant and tried to order through it until I noticed that the prices in the app were significantly more expensive than the prices on the website or if I ordered by phone. Unfortunately it's been like this for a few months. Too bad…

Today I ordered 2 flatbreads and 1 x kebap plate, the meat on the kebap plate was ice cold, the two flatbreads didn't contain what we ordered, this is not the first time that this has happened, I will never order from them again you .

I ordered kebab box and dürüm 3 times recently. And I said clearly I don't want any onions because I don't like them. And for the last 3 orders I've always had onions inside and no carrots. They are always very reliable but the quality has deteriorated extremely.

Unfortunately, service quality has decreased significantly recently. The last few home delivery orders were completely wrong. Unfortunately, you only notice it when it is opened and the courier is long gone. If I order without tomatoes, then I don't want any tomatoes in it. The same applies to other ingredients. If I order with onions, I want onions and not carrots in it. It's very difficult when you don't like something and then have to laboriously "fish" it out of the food before I can enjoy it. The same applies to the drink. If the soft drink you want is sold out, it would make sense to call customers first to see what alternatives are available instead of bringing another drink in the hope that it will be ok. This really needs to be worked on...

Der Preis ist ok. Das Personal sehr nett. Die lieferung nach Hause klappt meistens auch sehr schnell. Was ich bemerkt habe ist, dass manchmal nicht dass kommt was bestellt wurde. 3x hatte ich einen Kekab scharf obwohl ich explizit nicht scharf bestellt habe. Der letzte Kebab bestand nur aus Fleisch und Zwibeln und Sosse. Es war lecker aber schade das einfach alles andere fehlte.

Was ist mit dem Pizza & Kebab Haus passiert? Seit Jahren habe ich nur sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Anfangs musste ich noch eine kurze Weganleitung geben. Hat aber immer geklappt. Die letzten Jahre war dies nicht mehr nötig. Die Mitarbeitenden wussten immer genau wo ich wohne. Leider hat sich dies geändert. Obwohl ich bei der Bestellung den Weg genau geschildert habe, hat mich ein unfreundlich arroganter Lieferant nach 45min. angerufen und mich aufgefordert ihm eine Standortbestätigung zu senden. - Sorry, ich weiss nicht mal was das ist! Ich habe ihm darauf angeboten, die Bestellung zu stornieren. Wollte er aber nicht, er sei auf dem Weg. Nach weiteren 30 min. schien er mich gefunden zu haben. War aber extrem unfreundlich. Weil ich mir nun auf Grund des Verhaltens seitens des Lieveranten ernsthaft Sorgen um die Lebensmittel machte, habe ich die Annahme abgelehnt. (2 Dürüm + 4 Bier) Dieser drohte mir sogleich mit einer Anzeige und beschimpfte mich. Schade...

Sehr freundliche und aufgestellte Leute. Ich habe eine Bestellung aufgegeben, die auf den Flyer-Womo-Stellplatz geliefert werden musste. Kein Problem. In Kürze wurde mir die Calcone mit Dessert und Getränk ausgehändigt. Die Calcone war echt super gut. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Leider kein gutes Feedback wenn die eigenen Mitarbeiter einem nicht mal Auskunft geben können wenn man Fragt ob es Allergen im Fleisch hat auf die man Allergisch reagiert die Antwort war nein das ist nicht in unserem Fleisch noch kein halbes Dürüm gegessen ging's los Zum Glück wusste mein Kind mit 9 jahren was zu Tun war wenn Mami dies erwischt So viel zum Thema Mann solte sich Informieren Neue Lebensmittel Gesetzgebung für jeden obligatorisch der auskunft Geben kann was er verkauft und die Etiketten mindestens 3 Tage aufbewahren muss Schade Also informiert euch Freiwillig ist gut für eüch und Eure kunden
