Unfortunately, I have only had negative experiences with i Cugini's delivery service in the last few months. December : Pinsa delivered without arugula and without parma! February Pinsa cold like it came from the fridge! March Gnocchi Sorrentina Portions terribly small for the price! Delivery time 30 minutes early (over lunch) Now: Cola instead of Cola Zero and pizza without tomato sauce and cold like it came from the fridge. It's a shame because the food was actually good...

I was only a visitor in town for a few days, but this place was so good my friends and I went back a second night. The food was wonderful, but even better than the food was the wonderful service and staff. Everyone made us feel welcome, and they were helpful and generous with their time. The focaccia is spectacular. The lasagna is delicious. This food is good food, superb food of the highest quality. The owner, the chef, and the rest of the folks make this a great place to be with your friends.

I can't say enough about this amazing Italian restaurant! Our group of three travellers visited I Cugini twice during our stay in Arbon. The owner, who is from Calabria, immediately welcomed us with enormous joy and positivity. This attitude translated directly into the food. Between our two visits, we had lasagna bolognese, a seafood pasta, steak, saltimbocca with risotto, a platter of cured meats, beef tartar, bruschetta, olives, cheese, arancini, artichoke, and a focaccia. Oh my goodness the focaccia! I'm not kidding when I say this food was life changing. If you want one of the best meals of your life in a warm environment with a fantastic host, be sure to stop by I Cugini!

We ordered 3 pizzas for 12pm at 11.30am and were told this was ok. Called for the first time at 12:20 p.m. to inquire. We were informed that the courier is on the way and will take a maximum of 5 minutes. Called again at 12:45 p.m. and was put off for 5 minutes. At 1:05 p.m. we wanted to cancel the order because they said the delivery would be there in 2 minutes, which was ultimately true. At least we were given a CHF 8.00 “discount”. But really you should just be honest and say that the order was forgotten or whatever else the problem was. In addition, the pizzas were a bit strange (see picture). Don't know if the dough ran out? Will now switch to alternatives at lunchtime.

Risotto was not bland and lukewarm. Calabrese salad was mainly onions, a few tomatoes, practically no olives and no sauce. Chicken salad had no seasoning and with 3 halves of cherry tomatoes and 5 strips of chicken it was an absolute mess. A pure disappointment. Never again. Spent too much money.

All pizzas should have tomatoes and mozzarella. Apparently that's not the case. The delivery time was one hour and therefore the Bella Italia pizza was cold. There was no tomato sauce on it. When we complained, we were told that it wasn't a pizza but a foccacia and that it was cold, even though it was among the pizzas.

Pizza wurde aufgrund milchallergie ohne Mozzarella bestellt, kam aber mit. 1x wurde der Salat vergessen, 1x fehlte die tomatensauce auf der pizza. Sehr lecker ist der glutenfreie pizzateig. Obwohl man den lieferzeitpunkt wählen kann, kam die Lieferung jedes mal direkt nach der Bestellung und nicht dann, wann wir es gewünscht haben. Die angepriesene Überraschung zu jeder Bestellung wurde auch nur 1 von 4 mal mitgeliefert.

Sehr gemütliches kleines Restaurant mit einer super Speisekarte. Die Gerichte sind frisch zubereitet und schmackhaft. Top für italienische Pizza und Pasta!
