I was treated extremely rudely and condescendingly by the shop owner, especially in the presence of other customers. And other customers were also served rudely. I'm still shocked today at the disrespectful way an adult shop/coffee shop owner can behave like that?! An absolute 'no go' for me!!!

My visit to IdeaKaffe was very good for me. The consultation was technically impeccable, the owner's professional ethics were very high and so entertaining that I was able to simply forget about my major professional stresses. Thank you very much, dear Andrea! It's just a shame that I can't take the time to check in with you more often. ...On the other hand... this situation is much healthier for my wallet :-)
