IKEA in Pratteln

I'm otherwise very happy with Ikea, but the kitchen we installed had an assembly error. For 8 months now it's been a back and forth with new order numbers, forgotten repairs, an appraiser came, then it wasn't processed again. Getting a new cover is more than just a hassle. Very unfortunate

I WAS the biggest Ikea lover. The customer service that promised 365 days returns completely disappointed me. I've never had a problem returning two very well-preserved pieces of furniture to Ikea, but here I am supposed to use the "second life" for my items in top condition, even though it's within the 365 days? I am deeply disappointed by the cheeky customer service in Pratteln. You organize a car where your things fit so you can finally bring them back to get hit on stupid? After contacting them by phone, they claim they have pictures where they are completely scratched. It's just strange that these weren't there when we dropped them off. Now I'm waiting for the timestamp of the pictures and will forward them directly to my legal protection, simply because of this brazen impudence and because these pictures were not taken in our presence. Never again Ikea for me and I will advise everyone against shopping at Ikea in the future. I DEMAND THAT SOMEONE CONTACT ME. I've been waiting for a call, email and clarification for 2 months! Impossible! My dressers are still with you and I haven't received a cent refund or my dressers back!

The fact that I find everything in the warehouse itself and the other one has to be a bit more complicated😅

We bought klickflissen. I would have preferred to leave them with you. We looked at the entrance to see if you had them. Yes, they did. Then it said that you had a promotion from them. We were happily surprised deducted ok at the checkout we saw that there was no deduction, we asked about it, then we were told that it was only for those who have a customer card, we don't have one if you fill out a card you get this refund so we bought something in the store and we are no customers, I'm angry and won't buy anything anymore

I needed a small kitchen for my bakery. In the kitchen department I received top advice from Mr. Jerko. He took an extraordinary amount of time to explain everything to me and show me the different options. I finally ordered my kitchen and am happy so far. Thank you very much for the great advice.

Okay, with the price-performance ratio. But IKEA is no longer the cheap furniture store it once was at the beginning. The whole km is arduous. that you have to walk through the huge store so that you can see everything. The food tastes terrible - sorry.

Lots of nice employees, large selection, customer support isn't going so well, the employees say call them and ask and if they say no then call them and ask. However, the problem was resolved quickly and cleanly.

The restaurant could spice up the sauces a bit. They just taste so bland, season a little with selected spices and you get 5*

I always bring old things that are still intact to the Brocki. I have defective furniture disposed of professionally by IKEA. I disposed of a broken glass club table there today for 10 francs. A fair price.

When assembling, you just screw it together quickly so that you can get away again quickly. Doors are not forgotten in the corner. Doors streak the floor. It's better to install it yourself and save yourself the money. Fitters not recommended. Actually poor quality work

Why does breakfast (rösti & eggs) cost so much one time and so much the next time?

They're just Swiss prices, but the parking garage has to be praised. The parking bays are huge

Ikea itself is great, but I found the tour of the store chaotic. I spent 30 minutes looking for the stairs to the checkouts. 5 employees gave 5 different answers. After the holidays, we had to wait about 40 minutes until a parking space became available, and after shopping it took just as long to finally get out of the underground car park. Even though we were there at around 3 p.m., it was packed. But the employees were all friendly!

Spectacular. They prepare places as if they were small apartments decorated with the items they sell. You have to know how to find offers. The dining room is very good with inexpensive and delicious food.

Very well structured store, everything clearly sorted and nice ideas to look at in the fully furnished rooms. The good thing about everything is a price tag, including plastic plants, pictures, photos, etc. so that you can buy everything again. There is also good quick food. Huge size with endless great, cheap and very good quality offers. Goods [furniture, for example] can be taken directly from the shelf. Everything is well marked and numbered. If you have any questions, someone is always there to help you find what you are looking for or want to order. Always good to see the goods on site. You often see even better things.

Today, Sunday, December 17th, around 2:20 p.m. I wanted to go shopping at Ikea with my wife, then we pay for lunch at the checkout for 1 menu as well as 1 dessert, 2 coffees and 2 drinks, see photo CHF.40'70 in the receipt you can see 10 items We only had 8 items in our table, then I went to the checkout and it was discovered that 2 items had been overcharged with a value of CHF 7.45. The cashier quickly paid the money back to us and threw the receipt away instead of giving it back to us. No more Ikea restaurants

I ordered online and specified a Friday delivery date. When does IKEA deliver? Thursday. Where am I? Not at home. So it's good as a store, but delivery costs and logistics are poor. This works better with other providers. 4/5.

Today we bought a new mattress from Ikea in Pratteln. Even though it was Sunday, Ms. Kirsten B was in a very good mood in the mattress department and helped us very well! We did everything in less than 20 minutes! Thank you very much, Ms. Kirsten B, you are a great employee! Ikea should really value such employees. Tip, great! 👍

It is a very large shopping centre, you can find everything you are looking for, the prices are affordable, I recommend everyone to visit it.

Unfortunately, IKEA delivers with Quickpack and for the thousandth time they simply cannot deliver packages to downtown Basel. As long as that is the case, I will no longer order anything online from IKEA.

I would like to share my experience purchasing a kitchen from IKEA Pratteln, which has been going on since June 2023 and is unfortunately marked by ongoing problems and disappointments. After designing my kitchen on May 22nd. and confirmation on July 10th. The difficulties began for a kitchen worth CHF 15,000. First of all, the back panel I originally selected was not available, even though it had been confirmed to me. I had to choose a more expensive alternative that did not meet our expectations. Further problems arose: the chosen panel was cut incorrectly, requiring additional visits from the IKEA team. A temporary panel we received could not be connected as this would have resulted in double the cost of the electrician. In addition, no trash can was installed, which made further corrections necessary. The most frustrating issue, however, is the ongoing delay in deliveries. We have now been waiting for our kitchen to be completed for several months. Today I received news that assembly will be delayed until February 2024. This experience weighed heavily on me. I understand that there can sometimes be delays, but the ongoing problems and the resulting inability to use our new kitchen are very disappointing. I call on IKEA to improve communication and project management processes to avoid such problems in the future and improve the customer experience.

Overall, our experience at IKEA Pratteln was very positive, especially in terms of the diverse offerings and the friendly staff. Not only did we enjoy the inspiring interior design ideas, but also the food on offer in the cafeteria. The quality of the food was satisfactory and the selection appealed to us. A small point of improvement could be the availability of certain items in stock, but overall we are satisfied with our shopping and dining experience at IKEA Pratteln.

Clean, manageable, everyone was very friendly and helpful. If you are hungry, there is a restaurant where you can eat inexpensively, there are even children's menus, microwaves and children's dishes are provided. All in one, everything tip top.

IKEA Pratteln always a great shopping experience. In addition to the beautifully presented furniture, the staff must be mentioned: Everyone is consistently motivated, customer-oriented and well trained. A company depends on its staff. We were very lucky to meet with Mr Jerko Jurlina who helped us plan our new kitchen. Not only did he make use of the little space that we had, but he also suggested a variety of options to accommodate our needs (difficult angles and nooks). He had an in-depth knowledge of the IKEA products and had the manual dexterity to navigate the online kitchen planner. We can’t wait to get started on this kitchen! Thank you, Jerko, for your patience and expertise. Amazing customer service!

What is there to say. IKEA like all over the world. The staff here is friendly and helpful. Today I had a very friendly (blonde lady) who scanned only 4 of my products and let me pass faster. It's great when you take such individual care of customers. I would love to come back either way. There are also large parking spaces, but that is also standard at IKEA. 5 Stars - what else. IKEA in Switzerland, presentation of furniture and furnishings probably like anywhere else in the world. The service was extremely friendly and helpful - I found that very good. The traffic routing for the vehicles takes some getting used to.

Facilities and decoration for the cost-conscious. You can always find something here.

The store is large, there is a lot of choice of products. The exhibition rooms are very well laid out. The Ikea restaurant is not bad. The toilets are clean. The parking lot is large and the parking spaces are wide.

Not only is the place and wonderful shopping experience but also most of the employees were always helpful. Even when I needed assistance over the phone, I was always met with kindness and support.

What else do you need to say... IKEA is simply awesome

IKEA at its best. With the well-known restaurant (hot dogs, meatballs, etc.) also has groceries for shopping.
