Furnishings and furniture for every budget and after the tour there is a delicious, healthy and inexpensive meal. Not to forget: fantastic ginger biscuits 'Kafferep'. I can only recommend it for a nice time browsing.

Jan didn't want to help me nor could he give me a reason why he didn't want to take the item back. The receipt was there. 180.- for two pillows that were not even used for 6 months!

We were interested in a kitchen and booked an appointment with a kitchen planner. The advice and detailed planning was very efficient and competent. We are thrilled and can only recommend it.

Every manual states that you should contact us if you have any questions or before anything is damaged. I did this too. The first time I was on hold for about an hour, then I hung up. On the second attempt I was promised a call back, which I have not received to this day. I received an answer to the request via the contact form, but to answer you have to open a new contact form again...

It's very big, suffice to say it's immense. We had difficulty finding the exit. On the other hand, you can find everything there. We bet you won't leave empty-handed. And the restaurant!! Cheap and good food. We will return there for sure.

Top restaurant food was 10/10 delicious and good value. Furniture store also good, everything very clear.

Cheap furniture breaks quickly and is made of cardboard...so no wonder. It's a shame that it's so far away from the city..otherwise it's fun to be in there..I wouldn't need a restaurant.Some of it was really not clean. Then there was hair in the food and the food for children was hard as a rock.. sorry, restaurant good idea but you don't have it under control

Great store for the interior design of your house or apartment, you will find everything to suit your tastes and styles.

Ikea is always great... you can usually find what you need and what you don't need. Friendly and very helpful staff... Thank you very much.

We always enjoy coming to Ikea, unfortunately the staff becomes very unfriendly at 7.30 p.m. and when there's no more coffee at 7.40 p.m. it's a total mess. Happy to improve!

What unfriendly staff in the restaurant, the food counter is full but you are told there is nothing left today because it will be over in an hour and there won't be a ladle left. You have to imagine that people would rather throw away the food than pick up a ladle. Apparently Ikea doesn't need to make sales. We won't be coming back again.

A bit absurd to charge parking to people who come to spend money at IKEA. For the rest, the staff is friendly.

Had problems with incomplete product. Wrong parts. Would be resolved in a friendly and professional manner.

It has everything for your home and at low prices, even though it's Switzerland

We always enjoy coming back, especially for our children's nursery furnishings (Platsa furniture). The hot dogs at the end of shopping are a must. We have always had friendly service and only had positive experiences when planning the kitchen 5 years ago. Gladly again!

Just get something from Ikea quickly and you'll be stuck for 2 hours. The advice was great

*TAMARA*, a.k.a. the worst customer service representative in the world. We took a number from customer service at Ikea in Lyssach today (December 5th, 2024 at 5:10 p.m.). Even though there were no other customers, the number didn't change. The employees took about 10 minutes to have a conversation with each other without paying any attention to us. When Tamara (customer service) finally spoke to us, she cheekily claimed that we must have missed the number. Our number was 543 and the number on the display was 541 the whole time. She was very rude and even said that if we weren't happy we could just leave. I don't understand why customers are treated so badly and rudely. We shop regularly at Ikea. Last year we spent around CHF 40,000. This is the second time we've had such a bad customer service experience. Unfortunately, the quality decreases every year. The friendly atmosphere of IKEA no longer exists, I no longer want to buy anything in IKEA.

After a long labyrinth or maze, which I naively entered without a shopping cart or bag, I found the hot dogs (also a highly recommended veggie version) to be the crowning glory of my stay!

I can't really describe my feelings, Ikea in Aubonne is brighter and better structured and the one in Lyssach meh meh, a bit messy, lacks a lot of items. In terms of access, it's great apart from the price of parking, that of Aubonne is free.

After waiting 45 minutes after correctly registering for a place in the children's paradise, it was said that it didn't work out. In response I was told that they couldn't explain the electronics, very little comfort after 45 minutes of waiting with completely unnerved children. No apology or other action to make amends.

A cashier in the restaurant overcharges. Several additional dishes appear on the bill and extra meatballs on every plate (even the salmon?!)

We ordered new kitchen furniture from Ikea Lyssach. Great selection, cheap prices but unfortunately very poor customer service. We had to organize a large car several times because parts were missing or incorrectly delivered. In the end we wanted to return a small product. It was in the original packaging but in the end there was only an Ikea voucher with a discount because the original receipt was missing. Big advertising, little service, we are disappointed.

Good and big store. Staff is helpful and nice. The selection of furniture is extremely large. The food in the restaurant is quite good for the prices that Ikea offers.👍

Exhibition has been remodeled and looks very good

Not always a lover but was queit and managed to shop easily with the shortcuts through the store clearly marked! Easily bought the items then the restaurant with big windows and plenty of seating. Could be a little cleaner but with a plast of meatballs and chips for just over Chf10!!

Nice Ikea. Little tip, the coffee downstairs in the bistro in the entrance area is terrible, it's better to go to the restaurant for a coffee😜

I'm glad that you can finally take some shortcuts and get to the department where you want something more quickly. The store is like any Ikea. Clean and always very crowded in December. 😁😉

Friendly staff & competent advice, good all-round experience

Always worth a visit. Huge range of affordable goods that have continually improved in quality over the years. The food department with Swedish specialties is also great 🖤💛🙂 I also found the cowhide in the photo here 😍

Horrible pre-Christmas shopping at Ikea Lyssach :-) No Christmas spirit at all: huge empty halls with empty shelves or carelessly placed junk - terrible! The staff, who were obviously hired at short notice, were very unfriendly! My husband - 70 years old - had to bend down to get the product he wanted himself and the guy from Ikea stood next to him with his arms crossed in a dismissive manner... amazing!!! Never again Ikea Lyssach!!!

Clearly too many people are being let in. You could hardly move anymore. If a fire were to break out here it would inevitably lead to mass hysteria. At the snack stand you had to place your order on the screen, although this is not normally the case. This is then thrown at you in an unfriendly manner after a long queue. Nothing against IKEA as such, but this was a very negative experience. Ikea won't see me again any time soon

Great, friendly and helpful staff

Been buying here for 13 years, decided to upgrade matrasses and bought very expensive matrasses with a 10 yr warranty. Less than a year old they start sagging and memory foam does not come back resulting in having to turn the matrasses every 2-3 nights. Ikea said no gaurantee as you had to bring them back in 90 days if you were not happy and due to coffee drops on the matrass side the warranty is void. Really dissapointed after a 4-5star decade but this is ridiculous. The first customer service agent was so arrogant, when I asked if I can speak to the matrass department head he told me why, they have checked and he is busy with work, he cant waist his time on this.

I think it's a nice shop and all areas are wheelchair accessible. There are even 2 wheelchairs to borrow, you just have to ask for them at the entrance.

Ikea itself is very well furnished and you can always find something. Unfortunately, the employees at Ikea are very unfriendly, you are not greeted and are looked at with evil looks - something definitely needs to be changed!!

Great restaurant, but the huge amounts of portions that guests don't eat and then throw in the trash is absolutely disturbing. There is an above-average amount of food wasted by guests here - for whatever reason. A fine of at least CHF 10 per uneaten plate would have to be charged. Surveillance is probably insufficient here or is perhaps even tolerated.

Went to the IKEA on a rainy Saturday at the beginning of the month... so we can't complain about the number of people, we could have arranged the visit better. However, the public transport connections to Lyssach from Thun are positive and we found everything relatively quickly on site.

The telephone customer service is unfortunately unfriendly and doesn't understand you. Ikea isn't exactly the shop I can recommend and unfortunately goodwill isn't as good as they say

Excellent shop. There are products for every budget. There is a cafe to eat (vegetarian menu, coffee, ice cream).

This was by far the worst Ikea purchase I have ever experienced! I had the car full of goods, but I still did the self-scanning. It took a moment to get everything sorted and recorded, but then I was able to pay. I was warned that there may be spot checks. But there was no message. I paid and set off with my heavily filled car. After a few meters, an employee who barely spoke German caught up with me. She said I must have forgotten to scan two of the large boxes. I gave her the receipt so she could show me. She couldn't find the items and asked me to come with her. Back at the checkout I told her again to show me the items on the receipt. But instead of addressing my request, she was on the phone - apparently calling for backup. When it arrived, I was able to prove that I had paid for the items after all. The answer was not an apology but rather a statement that it wasn't always that easy. I felt like a felon. Instead of looking closely at the receipt and discreetly speaking to me about it at the checkout, she let me go, then whistled me back and immediately called for backup instead of speaking to me! Ikea Lyssach - I'll never leave my money with you again!

Terrible customer service experience: I have an IKEA air purifier table “STARKVIND” Recently there was a “variable” voucher for the IKEA Switzerland 50th anniversary, which was only visible at the checkout. Value CHF 10 to don't know how much. Good opportunity to buy replacement filters for the air purifier... So I arrived and went to the department where the air purifiers are located. Since I didn't know exactly which filters would fit, I had an IKEA employee in the department pick out the right ones for the Starkvind table. She did this on a terminal in the department, which then spat out a barcode that I had to scan with my cell phone. So you can't just collect the two filters and pay for them, no. You can take it to the checkout, pay there, then take the receipt to the pickup counter, which will then tell you that it will take another 15 minutes until the items are ready for pickup... Okay, wait. When the filters were ready to be picked up, I immediately noticed that one seemed much thinner than I remembered. The gentleman at the pick-up counter just said that it had probably been “optimized” a bit… The two filters cost around CHF 30 together, the voucher turned out to be a CHF 10 voucher, so I still had to pay around CHF 20, ok. When we got home and tried to install it, it was immediately clear that the filters were completely wrong! After a few days we went back to IKEA and then the big thing came from customer service: I only get CHF 20 back. So my voucher was “wasted” thanks to the wrong advice. Wow! Thanks! Financially it's not a problem, but morally it's completely wrong. Even when we asked customer service, nothing could be done. ☹

First giant Ikea I went to. I loved

Good IKEA, very tidy and with an extensive range. There is always space in the restaurant and you are served quickly. Easily accessible by public transport.

Large Swedish furniture and furnishings store. Represented all over the globe. Offers and tours arranged logically and clearly. Price-performance is known and OK. Has enough parking spaces, at ground level and in a garage. Accessible to disabled people. In order to digest what you have experienced, the great Swedish shop or restaurant invites you to linger after the checkout. Always an experience for the whole family.

The labyrinth without surprises or new features for many years

Very frequent and punctual bus connection to Burgdorf Bhf, was pleasantly surprised. Store on itself is same like any other Ikea world wide 😁😁

Nicely decorated IKEA with plenty of parking. However, the entire structure of shopping is a complete maze, extremely unstructured and makes ZERO sense. The workers are poorly informed and unfriendly. Especially the old, gray-haired woman who plays policeman at the entrance. Very unfriendly and just plain nasty.

Top, the external Locker service is perfect and very convenient!

I have the feeling that the offer was better in every respect. Prices have also risen noticeably.

Works with Swissbilling SA, which sends excessive reminder fees and immediately threatens to collect. Manage paying with an invoice yourself or don't offer it at all. But stop working with such scammers. I had paid for the order, but the assembly of the furniture was charged separately and was lost. I thought I had paid. I won't be ordering from you again anytime soon!

FOr us Ikea Lyssach is one of the best Ikea Stores we have been to , specially thanks to the AMAZING staff at the customer service Center they are always helping us by any kind of issue and the professional way to deal with us IKEA customer is A+ thank you ikea your loyalty Customer : )

Sad juice shop... Bought a 180x200 mattress that is actually 176x196, and too small for my Malm bed... On the phone they said I can bring you back, nobody wanted to know anything on site because I got a discount on the mattress. When I got home, I was confirmed several times over the phone that I could return it if it was the wrong size. So we organized again and went to Ikea. I was told to leave the mattress there and come back in an hour, they have to clarify what was going on. I went shopping when I came back and was told you couldn't do anything. Only this time no one could find the receipt that I had previously given with the mattress. I was then assured that it didn't matter, the receipt was saved online in the account. I still couldn't return the mattress... Now I have a wrong mattress, the 90 days are absolute rubbish, and there isn't even any proof that I bought it.. because surprisingly there was no receipt in the online account..

Today everything was top notch again
