Shopping has become very user unfriendly since the introduction of the QR code. It's been difficult ever since. In the lower restaurant there are only vegan/vegetarian or chicken hot dogs. It's incomprehensible to me why normal pork sausages are so repulsed and lovers are discriminated against. There is a lack of choice.

A spacious store, with many beautiful things for the home, it is very comforting to visit it. A little more difficult with the entry and exit, but with time I learn. Unfortunately the quality of the bed is very poor pressed wood. And white paper coating comes off. If you get to it with a fingernail, I had a bad quality guarantee but everything is out of the question if you do it assembled it yourself.Has.or if you bring it back yourself. No more IKEA returns not possible. Replacement not possible either and it took forever to complain. No more IKEA. Thanks for the answer but it doesn't change the quality. I haven't bought anything since this experience.

My experience with IKEA Spreitenbach was once again disappointing. After my sofa was delivered I discovered that the backrest and color were incorrect. Instead of a quick replacement solution, I had to finish assembling the sofa myself for temporary use. The difficulties began when I organized the exchange. Between my calls and the scheduled replacement date, the orders were canceled for no clear reason. A further call from me revealed that the product was out of stock and the exchange could not be completed. Communication from IKEA was poor. Despite several calls and information about a possible refund, my concerns were not addressed appropriately. The final delivery took place after considerable effort on my part. However, the promise of a 100 CHF Ikea voucher as compensation is insufficient. It seems as if IKEA has not adequately addressed the situation and customer satisfaction is falling by the wayside. The fact that I as a customer had to make a phone call afterwards to get information is disappointing and contradicts the customer service expected. This experience, combined with previous negative experiences three years ago, makes me seriously doubt whether I will ever consider delivery from IKEA again. It's a shame that the quality of customer service cannot keep up with the brand recognition.

We came to Ikea three times for the dream kitchen. The home delivery was made but the parts were planned incorrectly by the specialist. I had already taken the parts home and the missing ones were delivered to my home free of charge. I wanted to return it, they wanted 99 Fr. to pick it up from home. It was already free. Seriously disappointed with the IKEA quality. Furniture of the same type used to have metal screws, but nowadays a lot of it is replaced by plastic and cardboard/paper is used in the furniture instead of wood! The stickers are almost impossible to get rid of, even with alcohol. Especially if it has already been lying around in storage for 12 months with weight from above. Terrible!

The customer service employee wearing a headscarf was extremely arrogant, know-it-all and refused to help because too much time had already passed. Beware of this company. They bring subcontractors to assemble and deliver their products that do not take any caution measure (such as protecting the floors) and most importantly are rude and violent when approached. They are now declining damage claims because it wasn’t in the protocol, even though they were reported within 10 minutes of the workers leaving, having pictures (and even video) of it, and explaining that I did not feel safe with them around and me alone with a 6 month old baby! I’ll bring this case to my lawyer and take it from there.

A woman named Milica works in the children's paradise in Ikaea Spreitenbach and doesn't care about the safety of the children. Yesterday we went to Ikea Dietlikon looking for a product. But it was sold out there and we were directed to Spreitenbach. Before departure and during the tour I checked the inventory, which shows 2 items available as of yesterday. Ultimately the item was sold out and I was referred to customer service for a compromise solution. I was repeatedly informed that the number of pieces stated online is not a guarantee and that if the number is small, someone has taken the product and bought it. However, the number has been the same since yesterday afternoon and, in my opinion, has not been updated. The solution: I should have the product delivered to my home next week for 99.-. The product itself costs 139.-. So in my opinion this is not a solution but rather poor customer service.

Return conditions very customer unfriendly. It was actually supposed to be a nice day of shopping at IKEA, but things turned out differently. It failed because we didn't get breakfast because we only had cash with us. At IKEA you can't even get a hot dog for 1.50 francs without a credit card or something similar. Then we came across a completely unfriendly and, as it later turned out, incompetent “advisor”. After spending a lot of our precious time at the only open cash register, the waiting at the goods issue point went into the next round. It then turned out that our grumpy Ikea employee had written down the wrong piece of furniture for us. So next round wait at customer service and exchange (this employee was very friendly, "it's okay.") Then last round wait again at the goods issue. At least this time the right piece of furniture came. Conclusion: IKEA can also ruin your day. In the future we will Let's think about whether it really has to be IKEA.

Never again IKEA! I placed a large order with delivery in October. The sofa was delivered and the cover for it was simply canceled by IKEA shortly before delivery. I didn't get any notification, I saw it online by chance. Called the hotline immediately. I'm now sure I'll have 3 hours of telephone contact. Once I was on the phone for 1 hour 25 minutes straight. I was misinformed & lied to on the phone. Of the 7 interviewees, 2 were competent. I wrote two emails, both unanswered. Conclusion: I have a sofa without a cover, everything paid for, but after 2 months no one can tell me whether I will ever get a cover or whether I should start knitting one myself. One less customer!

The delivery and montage service is an utter disaster. If everything goes smoothly it is fine but if there are any problems you will spend hours on the phone trying to fix it. I got delivered a wardrobe with defects and have since been trying to get a new one and arrange for a new montage. At the same time while delivering my defect wardrobe the guys tore a 6cm long whole in my bed sheet and duvet (where they deposited their tools), for which I had to do another damage claim..So stay away from the delivery/montage service. I think Ikea is completely overstretched with these kinds of services and the "massenabfertigung" of clients has reached its limits as they cannot ensure a consistent and reliable service and follow up anymore.

Rating only for the restaurant, smaller portions than in other Ikeas. Employees seem extremely demotivated and only one out of 4 drink dispensers works and only partially. There was a dog running around on the table next door that could easily be used as a hot dog! I'm disappointed I'm only going to Lyssach and Rothenburg!

Expensive prices, nothing to do with the remains of Ikeas in Europe. You can find something that is worth it but not much. I prefer to buy from companies in Switzerland, better prices and better quality. I ate the menu, very low quality, I don't know why they call it a menu, it only includes the dish they offer, no drink, no bread, no coffee. It is better to choose a dish to taste.

We went to eat to restaurant, after few minits waiting the girl told me to go order on the automat... i said i wold love to but there i cant pay cash... se said ok but she have no time now i have to wait.... than she continoud her work taking out bottles and putting them in stroller... than she went away and sent her colleauge serena. She came didnt say nothing and started stearing at me. I said hello than she finally also said hello and i orderd... had to pay 30.90 so i gave her 50 bill and 1 ch coin she took all and gave me back 10 chf and the rest in coins. Than i asked why she did this she said she cant count and the computer told her to do this... i mean really? These two girls should not work with contumers for sure. Maybe they have some personal problems but still dont wentilate them to costumers. At least the food was good.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the delivery and assembly of our own configured cabinet. We ordered the cabinet with assembly. The delivery date was not delivered on the first date due to Ikea's fault. So postponed again and took time off work again during the week (unpaid). At the second appointment the delivery worked, only the fitter was given the wrong address again even though we gave the address correctly. We also had to contact Ikea ourselves to find out whether you were coming on the agreed date or not and what was going on. They were unable to accommodate or make a suggestion and the appointment was postponed again for a whole week to allow for assembly. It is also very tedious that we have had to completely clear out this room twice because we sleep in this room. In addition, the employees who brought the cupboard damaged our ceiling, which is also very annoying. In general we are very dissatisfied and we do not recommend this service.
