Overall for the food (a pizza and an entrecote) and the service my rating is a decent 3.5 stars. There is only one toilet in the room, unfortunately there was no hand soap.

Highly Recommended. Authentic Italian food of the highest quality in a pleasant atmosphere. Very attentive and friendly staff. There were 6 people. All starters (mixed salad, nut salad with bacon and egg and crudo é burrato) were top. The Filetto di Manzo came on a hot stone and was as tender as butter. If you love seafood, you should definitely order the Risotto alla Pescatore. Large selection of top quality pizzas - just like an Italian restaurant. The Italian desserts are to die for. The tiramisu was freshly prepared and the Babà al Rum with whipped cream and fresh berries was simply delicious. The espresso is a pleasure. It's rare to get such a strong and good espresso in a restaurant in Switzerland. Definitely coming back.

Recession for Delivery: The pizzas are good (4*), the spaghetti probably ran out of salt (2*) and the Insalata Caprese is inedible. (No star). The team in the restaurant is very friendly.

We ordered spaghetti carbonara home, it arrived on time but for 19.00 Chf we got what was probably the scariest carbonara you can get, oily, soggy, strange taste, I regret that I ate some of it... wow

Saturday, November 5th, 2022 we ordered pizza via the eat.ch app at 5:30 p.m. I also received confirmation on the app that the order had arrived. After about 1½ hours I called where was the pizza? I was told on the phone that the courier was on the way and would be with me in 3-4 minutes. I waited and waited.. after 2 hours no one showed up! I called again and they said the app wasn't working at the moment and tried to explain something to me, even though the person on the phone had no idea what he was talking about. I hung up the phone and was very angry! Then my husband, who speaks Italian, called again, but of course he had no idea what was going on. When we insisted that we had ordered something, he said at that moment "yes, an order came from you 10 seconds ago". Sorry, who are you kidding? I have ordered from this pizzeria many times but after this incident I will NEVER do it again! When we asked the boss or owner to call us back, as expected, nothing happened;) just say something isn't working, do you want to place the order over the phone now instead of messing with us three times!!!

When I ordered I was told it would take 30 minutes (to pick up). We got the pizzas after 75 minutes. Very annoying! Pizza was fine.

We didn't know where to go to eat, because everything was closed. We saw this Pizzeria and asked if we could eat and they said yes. We ordered a tuna salad, very good by the way, and exquisite Neapolitan spaghetti. They also have a takeaway option. I recommend it if you like Italian food.

All the staff, Italians are always very friendly and when I'm here I feel like I'm in Sicily, they are always very friendly and the last time I ordered I had to pay less because it was Tuesday, said the pizza courier. The pizza is cross on the outside and a soft, airy dough on the inside. The Il Fagotino is delicate with delicious red small crunchy aromatic tomatoes. All the ingredients are fresh and you can taste it. Pure Italianita, best pizza in town!

I wanted to get a pizza across the alley this evening. Guests and staff as well as the pizzaiolo had no masks on!!! Some were standing in front of the entrance and the others were standing in the restaurant!!😧☹!

Food as always very good. Pizzas are awesome. The protective measures that are absolutely not adhered to are very disturbing. No disinfectant, waiter pulls down his mask when speaking, people are served at the bar despite the ban. Concept needs to be rethought.

We have ordered pizzas from il Fagottino a few times. I have to say I am very satisfied. The prices were right, the specified delivery times were always adhered to, and the food was always delivered to us hot. And the taste of the pizzas is very tasty. In my opinion, it deserves 5 stars!
