Best Arabic Resturant in Switzerland. Great staff and atmosphere

Very good quality and very nice service. However, with the mixed platters you should be warned that it is far too much for 2 people.

I spent a dinner there with my friends (10 of us) thinking it will be great night of my 30th birthday. First we were told we can't even make a reservation because they don't have staff to serve us. After all, we finally got the reservation. I must say the food was fantastic, very tasty - big compliment to the kitchen. The rest was just disaster. First we sat there for about 15min til we got asked for drinks, after another 10 min half of it arrived. Then we sat there with empty glasses. The Big Finalle was a "manager" Ettien..who rolled up to our table asking with an arrogance "so who's got the birthday?" And then commenting on my husbands apparent mood, ???? Then turns around without wishing 'happy birthday' and walks away....? This hotel is missing employees with professionalism and good manners for a 5 star Hotel. What a shame. It used to be a great place for getaway.

Great location. Lovely food when it finally arrived. Friendly service and good prices. Rude and unprofessional intrusion from an apparent manager at end of evening left our birthday group confused and unimpressed.

A very pleasant, beautiful restaurant with very friendly service, everyone who works there can explain the menu very well because if you've never eaten it before you don't know what to take, the platters for 2 people are really tasty and have everything there was a fantastic palate experience with new spices, herbs, simply fantastic, we would love to visit this restaurant again.

It starts with a very, very generous greeting from the kitchen. The service is extremely pleasant and friendly. The food and ambience is like a dream. Top and clearly deserves 5 stars!

Best Lebanese food I've had, as well as a small but excellent wine selection. Very nice atmosphere, attentive staff and an interesting conversation with the chef himself. Highly recommended!

I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to after our visit this evening. The food was absolutely spectacular. The passion and dedication of the chef Boudi comes through every dish. We enjoy Lebanese and Mediterranean dining in California on regular basis, and Fairouz stands above them all. What a delightful find for us while vacationing in the beauty of Switzerland.

Either Lebanese food generally tastes so good or the food here is exceptionally fine. Both are probably true, with a tendency towards the latter...

authentic food, you can taste the freshness of it all. A great experience and a contrast to the usual ‘mountain’-food 😊

Was wonderful! Great flavors and new favorites. Standouts included the walnut paste, the spinach dumplings, and the hospitality. We will for sure come back again. Didn’t even manage a photo before we made a huge dent in the delicious food.

Before booking this restaurant I had no idea what Lebanese cuisine was like. Fairöuz was a wonderful discovery, sublime food, a restaurant furnished in a typical manner and friendly staff available to recommend/explain the dishes. Definitely a restaurant that deserves to be tried at least once.

I was very nicely surprised by the restaurant - the food, the balanced tastes, personnel, the serving. From my perspective definitely worth visiting if you like Lebanese.

Schönes Hotel in den Bergen von Flims, große Gastfreundschaft, höflich spontan, professionell, große Küche, Thai, Libanesisch, und ganz exzellent das Restaurant Epoca, Geburtstag gefeiert, besten Schokoladen Kuchen ever gegessen, Pool und Sauna genossen. wir kommen wieder um die Gastfreundschaft von Burkard Wolter, Managing Director, Joy Fischer, Paule, Nick, und all den anderen lieben Leuten des Service-Personals nochmals erleben zu dürfen..

I had a wonderful evening in this restaurant with my girlfriend: the service was super friendly and very welcoming. Ambience appropriately oriental. The food is a delight from the Arabian Nights. This all became an unforgettable experience for us thanks to the beautiful belly dance of a nice Brazilian woman. Highly recommended. Our compliment including all stars 😊

Nous avons passé une expérience magnifique dans cet hôtel. L’accueil par Gaëtan fut très chaleureux. Frederick, Branco et Marjorie nous ont traités comme des rois au bar durant tout notre séjour. Roberto Padrenostro nous a fait rêver avec ses magnifiques musiques au piano: un vrai virtuose! Restaurant libanais et thaïlandais au top! Piscine extérieure superbe et bien chauffée. Merci à tout le monde pour ce séjour mémorable.

Das Waldhaus Flims verfügt über eine schöne, hochwertige und gepflegte Anlage. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet. Einzig die Badewannendusche wurde nicht ganz so durchdacht konstruiert, so dass das Badezimmer geflutet wurde. Das Essen im Siam war ausgezeichnet! Die MitarbeiterInnnen sind zuvorkommend und freundlich. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem *****Hotel, welches seinen Namen verdient hat
