Hofackerstrasse 30I‘ve get coffee with the wrong milk several mtimes. Since I'm allergic to milk protein, it's not so great when you get exactly that. I kindly told the staff that I unfortunately got the wrong coffee. I‘ve never experienced such unfriendly treatment of customers. I had to insist on getting a new coffee. As I am allergic, I drank exactly one sip. I got half a coffee. That can happen sometimes (or even several times), but you can only afford such a service if the customers are students.
