Good Dürüm kebab with veal (4/5), disastrous Adana kebab (1/5). The consistency and taste are not right here at all. The unseasoned mass consists largely of bread and other non-meat components, so that you have the feeling that you are eating a meat substitute product. The vegetables were the star here, and not the meat.
