Very dirty! Superficially clean, but above the food counter, on the floor, the vents are full of dirt! Food was ok, but I don't want to look in the kitchen. The operation is a bit difficult because communication is difficult.

Was there today and wanted to take food home for the whole family, was treated in a completely unfriendly way, we couldn't order after a long wait at the checkout, we were sent to the other side to order when it was our turn to order, which took us back to the checkout Sent to order, was totally unfriendly and didn't understand me, we then went to get our food from professionals and left it for 200 Fr. with people for good food and friendly service! Definitely never again with them, catastrophe from the service to the food and I will tell all my friends about the negative experience... Bad thing like that these days! And another thing we give this team a -1 on all points.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant. Best Asian restaurant I know. Ps: Red Tai Cury is awesome

Unfortunately, the dishes do not taste as they are named. The Szechuan sauce is like a bouillon broth and you won't find the fresh Szechuan note that numbs the tongue and palate a bit and tastes slightly lemony. The meat quality is also corresponding to the price, i.e. low. Maybe edible for Europeans, but not for lovers of Asian food culture.

Worst Asian food ever eaten by us, not even able to eat a quarter of the food ordered by us. We ordered soup, it meant to drink. They gave us soup to eat, such a solid soup. We have asked about this with a restaurant cook, very poor response (simply answered "keine Ahnung"). We strongly suggest avoiding such a worst restaurant.

Food was really delicious. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere and the staff was friendly and attentive👍

Phat thai tastes like the one from Thailand. Lots of meat and big portions

The Phad Thai with Chicken is the closest thing to Phad Thai from Thailand! Cheap, big portion and lots of meat! I can only recommend it to everyone.

The food here is very oily but there are good portions for the price and generally it is quite affordable. However, the staff is not particularly friendly.

If we couldn't even take the order at the table for 4 people and didn't even say hello or welcome when we asked if there was still warm food at 2 p.m., we were just told to look at the menu and the food was then brought and put it on the table with a bang without words, no recommendation and will never come back even if the food was ok

In terms of quality, it's the worst Thai, Chinese restaurant I know. The Szechuan beef was particularly horrible today. That was the last time here today.

Unfriendly staff and the food was unsatisfactory

When serving, the lady was very unfriendly. The food from the plane tastes better than in Jasmin’s restaurant. Chicken overcooked and the rice was so-so. Shame about the money

Service at the checkout was very unfriendly. Szechuan sauce is watery and bland, vegetables have been cooked to death. Tables are hardly cleaned, even though there are enough staff.

Very disappointed, the food wasn't even served warm. The food itself is average, nothing special at all. The staff is very unfriendly, seems like they are annoyed by THEIR guests, anything but service.

This was the most tasteless "fried rice" I have ever ordered. Some of the rice was very hard and stuck to the crown of the teeth, and the vegetables were either very hard or mushy. The rice was pale, no hint of soy sauce or fish sauce to taste. Service was ok, but not worth mentioning.

The sign said Chicken Satay. But then I had pork satay on the plate. The Fried Ries was okay. The meat ruined the whole taste - tasted strongly of pork and was a bit rubbery. Overall not a good restaurant experience.

The food has no taste, you can tell that it wasn't seasoned at all, very bland. It's a shame, the location would be super cool.

Very small portions, very bland and not authentic at all. Of the approximately 30 dishes on the menu, there were only four. The dining table was very dirty and at 11:30am, as one of the first guests of the day.

Really incredibly unfriendly service, rarely experienced something like that. The food wasn't anything special either: the pasta tasted like nothing and the chicken had more paprika mixed in than there was actually meat. Really NOT recommended.

Eating is almost a physical assault. Chicken almost raw. Rice like pebbles that almost break your teeth. And the service resembles a military canteen. And hygiene is not maintained. We had to ask them several times to clean our table. Don't go there.

Terrible restaurant. Awful food - greasy food - no taste beside old oil - food looks old and warmed up - rice is hard like from yesterday in the rice pot kept warm, awful service - if you ask for regular salt like thrown on the table, dirty table - if you ask for cleaning the towel looks like they cleaned the kitchen floor before - disgusting, dirty children seat - ikea chair that should be white looks already gray and it’s all scratched and old food is hanging there. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone! Check that you don’t get food poisoning!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible food, terrible restaurant and terrible staff. Food is not tasty nor has anything to do with the Asian flavors, simple deep fried things are soaked in oil and look terrible like they have been frozen for 10 years and then dropped in the frier. Never again, you rather stay away from this place.

Super nice service/staff. So friendly. As always, my friend took a while to choose what to eat. I was even allowed to try it without ordering beforehand!! :D (fill up a small bowl and add a spoon) never seen it before. I then got extra sauce upon request. really tasty!!! but it could be a little cheaper. Both would love to come back :)

The food seemed over steamed and it was missing the chilly oil or some kind of spice on the table. The ambience is really nice though, and food seemed freshly prepared.

We went for lunch here and ordered vegi chopsey. Finally that came on the table was vegetables with some rice. It also had bad odour and taste was stale. Please check carefully before ordering.

Can't say good things about it. Chicken curry had 3 pieces of meat in the whole menu, total crap. Employees speak German very poorly.

Had beef szechuan, bami goreng and spring rolls. Spring rolls were still cold inside, the Szechuan was raw vegetables with an indefinable brown sauce (had nothing to do with the usual Szechuan neither in terms of taste, ingredients nor method of preparation), Bami Goreng was the same (noodles with raw vegetables, a bit of curry). Lowest level.

You couldn't communicate with the staff because they didn't speak German. Food was disgusting, vegetables hard and little taste. Rice had probably been there for a long time

Warning: DO NOT eat there! 1. My food tasted and smelled like cigarette butts. 2. Disaster, I ate here two years ago. Back then it was pure disappointment. Given a second chance today, totally messed up. For me, this restaurant is the worst I've ever been to. I would be interested to know how business is going here after so many bad comments and bad food.

That was the saddest and most pathetic red curry I've ever had. It only consisted of chicken, soggy beans from the freezer and bamboo shoots. Maybe 16.50 in the shopping center is just not enough.

Unfortunately I didn't read the comments beforehand, unfortunately I can only confirm the unfriendly staff. In my vegi dish I found 5 pieces of chicken meat and when I reported this to the kitchen, she very arrogantly said that this could happen because it was made in the same pan.

The worst Asian food I've ever eaten. Ordered shrimp sweet & sour... extremely sweet... and shrimp tasted extremely like fish... what a shame!

Very very unfriendly STAFF, the food was warmed up, the rice was sticky and cold. The restaurant is the worst I have ever visited, not recommended at all. The price-performance ratio isn't right at all, there's a lack of savings on meat.

We have only had good experiences and eat there very often. If you don't feel like cooking, then take a quick trip to Jasmin and get two portions to take away. We usually eat chop suey with prawns, chicken or veggies. Totally delicious for us. The kitchen could be open longer, I think we were there twice an hour before closing time and there was nothing left. But Manor is no different

Our beef chop suey was terribly undercooked. The request to put the meat under the pan again was not responded to because of the spices (worst excuse). Instead, we should choose another menu and of course pay for it. Never again!!!

It's a shame about the beautiful place, a Star Bucks would make more sense than this subpar and overpriced Asian store.

Don't deserve 1 star unfriendly and expensive. They only accept EC cards or cash. Why can't they put a sign somewhere? In Switzerland Postcard and Creditcards Visa or Master are very common...

The staff is unimaginably rude and disrespectful. I wanted a normal 5fr. Order a portion and then she claimed that they didn't do it or had never done it, even though I've ordered this portion so many times. Since I also work in this center. I insisted that I had always ordered it that way and then she yelled "go go!". With the gestures of hands, if you know what I mean. How cheeky is that? Or I just wanted to buy a sweet and sour sauce in a small plastic container, and I was shouted at there too; "Go shopping Manor!" You can't even order something normally without them talking condescendingly or shouting something like that. I really wonder how you can treat guests like that! I do NOT recommend you go there. Further ; - Prices are too expensive anyway, you can eat in a better restaurant, I promise. - Unhygienic, I would never eat there. If you take it as takeaway, okay. But don't eat there. - Staff is really very unfriendly and I'm really disappointed!
