0 Star HORRIBLE AND EXPENSIVE Ultimately I could understand the high prices for truffles, but this is really exaggerated for truffles that are certainly cultivated (Trufficulture), very very little perfume, tasteless, frankly, we are being made fun of. In addition plastic tablecloth, placemat and paper napkin. The cleanliness of the restaurant leaves something to be desired, spider webs on the ceiling. dust and curtains yellowed over time... The staff are friendly and welcoming. On the other hand, the owner is serious about it... and lives on his past glory where the food in this restaurant was good and the prices were correct. Business business when everything holds us together. Avoid this address at all costs..

We booked on TheFork with 3 friends and we were shocked by the way we were served. First of all, we arrived at opening and couldn't take the time to get seated before a waitress came and asked if we had chosen. In addition, the waiter who came to take the order did not take our requests into account at all and forced us to make a choice. Finally, the quality of the dishes remains to be desired (tagliatelle not cooked enough, no accompaniment) In short, all this to say that with TheFork's 50% the experience went from "Abominable" to "Not nice" so I do not recommend!

Long wait before taking the order, then to be served! The homemade minestrone covered with puff pastry was pretty but only contained 4-5 beans, 2-3 pieces of vegetables and as many small letter pasta!!!… served lukewarm!!!… for frs 17.-!!! …. The tagliatelle wasn't hot either! 2nd meal in this restaurant, 2nd disappointment! The first time was good! But we are offered an aperitif and surprise, it appears on the bill!!!…. In addition, he does not accept yums benefits!…. We will not go back! At the next table, people were enjoying truffle tagliatelle! But 1-2 people said it was lukewarm! The boss came back to grate truffles on request. We wonder if this was added to the note!???….

Terrible service, bad manners, the blonde girl who speaks Spanish is a nice exception and charming. The thickest man and the petite brunette waitress are very rude, they don't let you enjoy the food, they serve it without manners and they want to take it away anyway. Tourist trap water bottle, water to accompany? for 12 Francs, especially when in Switzerland you don't pay for water, they always give you a jug for free. If you want to pay an easy €300 for nothing, visit the place, the truffles don't have a very pronounced aroma either. The price would be correct, if at least the service was reciprocal to the price. Dessert could be any dessert from anywhere, also not recommended. We ate truffle noodles, salads, truffle carpaccio. If you speak Spanish and are lucky enough to read this comment, don't be fooled by the English reviews. Trap for clueless tourists. There are many places where you can enjoy a night and where they treat you well, enough to repeat here or go for the first time. And they let you read the letter in peace and respond kindly.

Apart from the friendly, pleasant and competent servers (fortunately) the menu/dish of the day was tasteless, a tasteless St Pierre and rice and a ratatouille like seasonal vegetables!!!. In addition, the title “Italian cuisine” is incorrect since we are offered carbonara pasta with cream and therefore not Italian. For the vongole pasta there were no vongoles and nothing to replace them. So stop putting Italian cuisine, put instead European cuisine and that's it.

Deplorable welcome. Waiting far too long for taking orders even though there are at least 4 servers and the room is not large and not full. We point this out to the boss who is grumpy and even unpleasant. Once the order has been taken, the service is fast but what a disappointment in terms of the quality of the dishes: scallops and vongole overcooked, we order the steak rare, it arrives well cooked and the meat has no flavor, the truffled butter looks like a cloying crème fraîche. And the prices charged are indecent. Really to avoid. We will never go back

A nice place with a decoration that I really liked. I don't find it easy to arrange the walls with so many things and have it look (to my taste) harmonious. What I really liked is that the sound is extremely controlled! The meat was divine, the mushroom pasta (so good!) was good, but a little too heavy a hand with the oil, maaaaaaaa that's part of the game, right? I loved the tiramisu, the panna cotta was just good.

Where to eat a hot but cold dish in Geneva? It's here! We ordered the house specialty, the "orlani" entrecôte, bathed (drowning!) in truffle butter (with truffle oil no doubt), and its "all you can eat" noodles (a great deal Or when marketing gives itself an air of false generosity). The steak is placed on a machine (a stove) whose temperature is regulated using a controller and 2 years of technical university. The waiter, otherwise friendly, brings the machine set to minimum. So much so that we ate almost cold! 😭 At the end of the meal, faced with our annoyance, he retorted - always sympathetically - that he would have told us that we could increase the heat! Unfortunately none of us heard this advice delivered in a thin voice that we wouldn't hear far away 😔 And to launch into long explanations to prove to us that the customer is always wrong! 🤔. We could have argued that the noodles themselves, from the 2nd round, were cold; but, good princes, we did not want to drive the point home. We are obviously bad craftsmen. A simple question: why not set the device directly to "hot" if it turns out that the minimum is not sufficient???

Highly recommend this restaurant! We showed up a bit early for our reservation (the place wasn’t even open yet) but the owner was kind enough to seat us and offer us champagne while the staff prepared for the evening. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was exceptional. We hope to return to Geneva one day and we’ll be sure to come back to Jeu d’arc again!

A typical Italian restaurant like you find in northern Italy but without pizza. The map is modest but that is precisely its strength. You can't miss its specialty, entrecôte with truffle cream. You must order it rare and if necessary leave it on the stove which will be installed on your table. The truffle leaguer ice cream sundae ends this experience with Gab, a black truffle enthusiast.

Décor très vieillot Je précise que je n'ai rien de spécial contre le patron. En revanche, la binocle, petit serveur lunetteux et maigrichon s'est payé notre tête sans raison, et pour ça tout le restaurant le paie par cette évaluation mauvaise, mais vraie. Nous étions deux, avec réservation pour le soir. Il n'y avait personne à l'intérieur à ce moment-là. Ce type nous attribue la table à courants d'air, c'est-à-dire juste devant la porte. Je demande juste après s'il veut bien nous donner plutôt une autre place. On se retrouve à une table avec un coin de mur entre nous deux... C'est quoi, ça ? ? forcément, je demande encore un changement. Que l'on obtient, évidemment. Sinon nous ne serions même pas restés. Malgré tout, à ce stade, c'est déjà cuit, mec ! Tu me fais passer pour quoi ? Tu m'as pris pour ton paillasson ? Grave erreur. Sinon, les plats : très simples, mais ceux à la truffe sont pas mal, et le patron, qui râpe la truffe à table, est généreux. Mais les plats sont vraiment très simples, avec une bonne partie de la carte, vaste, consacrée aux pâtes. Rien de mémorable à part la truffe, argument commercial numéro 1 du lieu. Un peu léger pour un soi-disant restaurant italien. Toutefois, la crème brûlée était bonne, juste comme il faut. Ce n'est pas un dessert si facile, alors bravo sur ce point. Mais il en aurait fallu plus pour racheter un accueil en mode payage de tête: il aurait fallu gifler le serveur pour être quitte.

By far, the best Thai restaurant in Geneva. Each meal is tasty and savory. I love going there because it doesn’t matter which meal I choose, il will be delicious !! I would recommend the red curry duc
