I like to pursue the concept of To good to go for sustainability reasons. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Joshua's Backery. Not because of the quality of the food itself, but in the way the food is handled. The employee's attitude today did not correspond to the concept. When I arrived, he threw all the baked goods into the bag, I only saw the rolls, otherwise I would have alerted him long ago, then the horror at home. Everything including tart, cream slices, sweet creams, savory peaks and sweet peaks were mixed with everything. I was simply speechless, there was nothing left to save, which completely contradicts the concept. A pity! Really a shame. I would have brought containers with me in advance. But what if everything is already prepared like this?!

The wellness summits that I buy regularly are excellent... However, it depends on who is on duty at the time. In my opinion, the opening times (6:00 a.m.) need to be reconsidered….at this location???? Thank you very much Ramona, you always have everything ready!! All the best for the future.

Large selection, friendly staff, lots of places

Shopping is very good and coffee is also great to enjoy there. What's not so good is that when you order you are connected to Poststrasse Abderhalden. Clearly Abderhalden Bakery Poststrasse should be said. Because I mistakenly ordered on Poststrasse instead of Bahnhofstrasse Wattwil. Kind regards, Count Renato

I took a waffle to go. I was really happy. Completely brittle because it was over baked. such a shame. Tarte flambée was cold in the middle.

Good cake to take away, I highly recommend brownies, the coffee is very good. I wouldn't take the waffles, they aren't freshly made and are very dry. The staff is very nice. The ambience is “cantine” style, you have to like that, it’s not very comfortable now. I like to get coffee and cake here when I'm nearby.

Best Becker Café in Wattwil If you want to sit inside early in the morning. Good coffee bread quite okay. I find fitness music loud easily.

Even though I'm rarely in Wattwil, a visit to Josua's Bakery is always part of it. Nice staff, top selection!

Went to the cafe today and bought two "fresh" butter pretzels with the drink. At the first bite we noticed that the surface had dried out. When we asked the staff, they said they were fresh from today. We don't believe this statement. But they could have sold them a little cheaper.

Breakfast not recommended. The staff doesn't know what's included in breakfast (but demands it from the guest), can't recommend anything and if you complain about something you get a stupid answer and are taken for a fool. Half of breakfast They forgot to deliver, instead of the delicious cake there was dry brioche, the scrambled eggs were boring, you had to pay extra for butter, from the sousvide and the waffle wasn't baked through.

Sandwich and pretzel croissants are my favorite!! The staff is super friendly. I can only recommend it!

Bought two “fresh” Black Forest pieces today. When eating, we were very disappointed to find that they were very dry and certainly not fresh. These must be much more from the day before. Very disappointing and a real shame.
