Terrible from the start. There is no full parking so you can go to the office and find out what ramp you are under. You throw the truck as best you can and hope that you won’t bother anyone. You load/unload yourself using a mechanical rotator. For my trailer, the ramp is unrealistically short (photo), which is why the ramp slid down and the goods tipped over. Then I gave up on it all and went to lunch. They picked up the spilled goods and reloaded them themselves. The packaging sticks out beyond the pallets, making it impossible to stack 3 pallets in a row. The goods are positioned in such a way that it is impossible for anyone to approach the pallet from the wide side of the pallet. It is necessary in two steps. CMR is yours.
