Food was miserable, the waiter was cheeky a 1/10, the guy definitely had no training. The food looked like prison food and tasted like it.🤮

Pitiful service…20 minutes for the waitress to come and take our order. Not a customer inside the restaurant...only three tables occupied on the terrace. A couple who was next to us left because they waited 30 minutes and the waitress never came to them…(they were there well before us). Far too expensive for what it is...the example of the price of a mini croissant which has exactly the same price as a "normal" sized croissant. It’s poorly organized! I could have left without paying because they didn't even know who they were paying to! I had come to pay, they themselves had not followed what I had ordered and were surprised that I came to pay. Other than them and I'm talking about the waiters and waitresses, the atmosphere is very cold! I saw and heard them arguing in front of me. They blamed each other for ordering errors... I came three times this year saying to myself “it can happen that we make mistakes”…but this is the third time. When I ask other customers what they think, many assure me that they don't want to set foot there again. In summary : - Price too expensive for what it is - lousy service…no effort…no respect - unprofessional behavior and attitude!

The SPA/bath is nice, however the restaurant I don't recommend.

In Saignelegier village nestled on the heights of the Franches Montagnes, the Chef who has been in place for 2 months now and his team make a point of sublimating local products in their restaurant. Very close to nature, they favor the quality of raw materials and short circuits, local butcher, baker, fish farmer and many others, with a single objective: to please customers, while introducing them to new flavors. Their Burgers, especially the festive one with foie gras with boletus sauce and entrecôte. homemade juices and sauces. I'm getting a little old but my puck remains as sharp as ever. I was a food critic for a very well-known guide. I know the Chef well from his gastronomic background and I know he will succeed. If I had to give it a rating it would be 11/20 which is already not bad. Its level is well above I obviously remain positive and for a leisure center doing gourmet cuisine doesn't seem appropriate but let's call it semi-gastronomic for a few occasions.... Trust them.... I would come back with great pleasure

The hotel has an indoor pool, but unfortunately the charm of the hotel is more of an indoor pool than a hotel. In addition, the restaurant seems very overwhelmed and you wait a long time for service.

We ordered a "Poilie" meat fondue at the price of 45.- CHF per person, a single service of a plate of 300 gr of meat for two. Portions are small. If you order extra fries you will be charged 6.- CHF. Fortunately the server was very friendly.

Move on... the quality of the dishes is deplorable: the meat is not cooked and the food is frozen. In short, a big disappointment!

1 star is almost too much. After the starter (not everyone had some) we waited about an hour for the main course. When it finally came, we discovered that the portions were so small that we had to order two more portions of French fries. These weren't there after 45 minutes. Somehow they weren't ordered. Upon request, another portion was served. A subterranean one, mind you! It was as “big” as the fries with the fish!! Don't go again. Too bad.

We loved going there but for some time now there have been children on Wednesday am at the wellness...what a shame with parents who don't manage their children

The ladies at reception were very friendly. The room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) is extremely small. We weren't too comfortable. Where should we hang 4 bath towels and 4 shower towels? We would also have appreciated a refrigerator. We really liked the area. The bike room is also practical.

The bathroom is moldy and the staff is unfriendly wouldn't recommend it, the food is unsalted and the rooms look like cells

Beautiful place, quiet. Very welcoming, smiling and helpful staff. Excellent value for money (swimming pool, wellness and varied and hearty breakfast included with the night). Very nice experience (which will be repeated).

The food was good, the portions were small to very small. But expensive. The service was subpar. Eating with a starter took almost 3 hours. Without coffee and dessert. Firstly, there wasn't enough time for that and secondly, no one ever asked about it. 2 fries we ordered didn't arrive for 45 minutes. After asking, a micro portion (side dish portion) came. The Ketchup & Mayo had no mayo, the drinks didn't come together... The two stars are for the taste of the food.

Very well received. Eat very well. Gourmet menu. Very well served. And very reasonable price. I recommend. It's not the house's fault 😂 but there was a huge storm which prevented us from enjoying the surrounding view.

Beautiful and large complex, very well located. Wellness area too expensive 47 fr for 6 hours. Mediocre restaurant: 30 francs for cold veal kidneys without sauce, 2 errors on the bill, a nightmare.

Complicated management of a group. One person shared a room, another had a small room. Some problems with electricity in the rooms. Pa No more late night bars.

Great swimming pool Restaurant kitchen closed at 4 p.m. Saturday afternoon so no dessert... it seems to me that the service staff should be responsible for making the desserts

My kids and I had a great time at the pool. Nice surprise when discovering the balancing game for children. The water temperature was excellent and the pleasure of discovering that it had not gone down… We will come back

Very pleasant little wellness. Unfortunately the prices have been increased significantly this year and no offers are being made for people outside the village.

The spa is really great! Clean facilities and very friendly staff. The ticket gives you the opportunity to enjoy the spa for a duration of 3 hours, more than enough. Nice mention also to the restaurant which offers very good quality menus at very reasonable prices

Regarding the New Year's Brunch. I am disappointed and the word is weak, not to say dismayed. In fact, some dishes were simply missing (around 5 or 6 out of 30, including some essential ones that made me want to go there!) even though they were on the menu…. When I noticed it, I was first told that there was everything, then that there were mistakes without any further explanation from the boss or manager, it was the apprentice who came inform us. This is scandalous, not to mention fraudulent, because we paid the full price and no action was taken on our drinks in compensation. Catastrophic value for money, poor organization and so on… in short, I advise against it despite the beauty of the site and its potential.

I really loved it. There were a few details that caught my eye, though. There is no order in the passage to the water jets in the outdoor swimming pools. When some people occupy the position, we can wait, but things don't change. In addition, to the regret of not having communicated it when leaving, the first jet, the highest, had no power, as if it was blocked..., last Sunday. At the sole uno baths, Rheinfelden, you can splash around in the hot water as much as you want, but in front of the jets every two minutes you have to change, this is clearly visible. This way everyone can benefit. Hoping that someone will read these comments, and that they are not taken the wrong way, I wish you, to all the team, a wonderful day, and see you soon.

Nice spa to stay an hour or two, with hamam, sauna, outdoor massage pools and more. The nature and the sunset is a great experience.

Here is a luxury not to be missed, swimming pool, ice rink, thermal pool, saunas, hotel, restaurant. And beautiful walks nearby.

Disappointed by the card! Very restrictive as a “dish” on a Sunday evening! An “onerous” menu + 2 “rather poorly served” spaghetti options. Very disapointed. No “terroir” dish for a region claiming to be terroir. Very disappointed 😞

I agree that we have to be careful about the energy level, but water at 26 degrees is not normal. One of my daughters was not able to swim.... The price of entry has not dropped....

Ideal for sports camps and tourists. A spa with sauna, hammam and hot swimming pools with massage jets. A beauty treatment office for massages and all facial and body treatments to relax under the magical hands of Hadda. Ideal all seasons.

Unfriendly service Monday lunch only sandwich no warm food.

It is easy to access by car. The center is large and promises various unbeatable activities for winter and summer desires. The reception is pleasant, the wellness area is small but sufficient to relax with a beautiful view of the Jura countryside, even better at sunset if you're lucky. The swimming pool is good but quickly fills up if people prefer to have fun than swim. It is sometimes not too regulated to delimit areas or to warn of a school class.

A stone's throw from the border. The region is truly exotic and the complex is very complete.

I went swimming on 28.12.21021 around 12:30 p.m. for around thirty minutes. During almost all this time the guard did not monitor the pool for 30 seconds, he was with his eyes glued to his cell phone!!' Unacceptable (I have just had three heart operations, I was alone or at most with one person in the pool that this would it have happened if I had felt unwell!!) how can a cell phone be authorized for such a position?

Good cuisine, friendly service Staff offers very good service. The Corona measures are optimally adhered to, including the staff among themselves. Bravo, that's how it should be everywhere.

Very hearty raw vegetable salad but too much salad sauce...chanterelle casserole with sweetbreads served quite well but the taste was spoiled by too much cream, bland vegetable skewers and too fatty roestis! Very average in the end...

Very disapointed. I found a dead fly under my roesti and when I pointed it out to the waiter he replied: "it doesn't come from the kitchen, it's from outside"!. Yes we eat outside but it was when I took a forkful of roesti that I found the fly underneath... and he left without saying anything... so no I don't recommend it and I will never go back... . a gesture would have been nice... coffee for example!

Pleasant setting and rather good quality sports complex. The people who work there are warm. However, the showers are at the entrances to the swimming pool. So sometimes you have to be patient to be able to shower where the remaining swimmers can't see you. Also, the absence of cleaning nozzles for the feet at the exit of the showers. However, it is a large structure and it is very rare not to have space to swim a few laps. Also know that the food is very good there so don't hesitate to come there. Why not treat yourself to some time to enjoy the Wellness area which is more than adequate!

We had our department lunch there. The attic was beautifully decorated and there was plenty of space. The white mulled wine offered was extremely tasty and perfectly sweetened. The staff were very friendly and there was very good wine. The Château Brio was perfectly made, juicy and a taste explosion. The food was creative and delicious.

Ideal for spending a quiet moment

The wellness center is well equipped and the heated outdoor swimming pool is very pleasant in winter. There is also a fitness room for those who want to work out a little 😁 However, the outdoor pool is not very large, as soon as there is a crowd, you quickly find yourself a little too numerous inside.

Very good food and pleasant surroundings

From 2.30 p.m. on Saturdays it is no longer even possible to get a bouillon soup or salad as the center offers sports all day long. Very questionable for such a large restaurant. Should you eat chips or sweets after exercise? You're basically forced to go to another restaurant in the winter after the spa when it's cold. At least you could mention the times on the homepage where there is nothing!

We went to dinner here after enjoying the spa. They serve quite late. Unfortunately, homemade desserts are no longer available at this time. All that's left is ice cream. The menu is not very varied and the dishes are correct. The service is a little long even though there was almost no one there. The room is not really decorated, it is quite cold. There is a TV showing sports. On one side you have a view of the swimming pool and on the other the ice rink.
