k kiosk in Opfikon

Employees just have to be thrown away.

The person working there first said hello to me (while the Kiosk was empty), but when she noticed I speak English to her she just directly skipped and ignored me and went to another customer that just entered. Did not even try to help me. I only bought the phone charger afterwards (using my mediocre German) because I was in a hard spot...

Great, always happy. Very professional staff.

I bought a lotto ticket here to get rid of so many small coins I had in my pocket. A lady staff was friendly and was kind to accept all the coins.

Same thing like my comment on the supermarket, all fine BUT: Keep in mind the pricing will be Swiss Pricing. The rest is okay, nice staff well sorted.

Completely unfriendly staff. I just had the experience with the gentleman who works there today. No good morning, no price information, nothing like his tongue had been cut out. Not very customer friendly :-(
