k kiosk in Zürich

After countless unsuccessful requests at various kiosks about Swisslotte winnings being paid out, I finally received competent and friendly advice from Mr. Tokko. Super nice service.

I was at the kiosk in Stadelhofen today. The fat cashier with glasses here doesn't know how to talk to people

Unfortunately, the store shows incompetence and unfriendliness. The staff has difficulty speaking German. Last week I bought some at the Swiss branch. When I wanted to withdraw the money I had won, they refused. However, I was assured that I can receive new lots without any problems. This was a disappointing experience and I would like to make others aware, especially in Zurich, to avoid similar problems.

What kind of unfriendly and incompetent bum was on duty at the kiosk at Stadelhofen train station this evening is unique to the world. UNSUITABLE

Every morning when I wander into this kiosk, there is an extremely unmotivated, grumpy-looking older blonde lady who has absolutely no interest in her job. An interaction like that can really ruin your whole morning. Please either replace the staff or I will avoid the store in the future.

Just as suggested by most other 1 star reviews, the older blonde lady working there is possibly the most unfriendly & unhappiest person I have ever met in a costumer service role. First she ignores you, then she snaps at you whatever you say. I imagine that the store is losing quite some revenue by scaring off return costumers.

The older blonde woman manages to ruin your day early every morning and snap at you. How difficult must it be to go through life in such an unfriendly, bitter, bad mood and negative way? What will come back with this mood - apart from a negative spiral? pitiful; also that no suitable people can be found for this work. (Although a completely different wind blows at the small side kiosk in the passage, personal and friendly).

Be careful when you give away tickets - they claim there is no winnings even though they have won - don't let yourself be ripped off - also a very unfriendly lady

I had an unpleasant experience with the saleswoman at this store this morning. Unfortunately she was very unfriendly and rude to me. Although I remained polite and friendly, she did not treat me well. I am disappointed with this experience and hope the store will ensure customers are treated better in the future.

Worst service. Nobody is ever there (employees), change is thrown around in the palm of your hand, unfriendly and unmotivated. Of course, no one likes to go to work, but it's annoying to let something like that out to other commuters who may have a dirty and stricter job. Just disrespectful!

I've never written a review before, but this kiosk really deserves it. The service, especially the lady in the morning, is indescribably unfriendly. She shouts from the warehouse to the front, she shouts at the customers, she keeps stocking shelves even though there are 10 people waiting, etc... Basically, I'm happy about the little self-checkout, then I don't have to be served. But today I wanted a drink and cigarettes, I put the drink down and an unfriendly "da selfcheckout" came and she went back to the camp. After a while she came back and I said that I still needed cigarettes. Without a word she slapped it on me. It's such a shame that a kiosk with this location doesn't need to have good staff, since it's a no-brainer at a location like this anyway.

The employees in this kiosk are very unfriendly and unhelpful. The conditions are extremely slow. I had to leave the kiosk more and more because I wasn't served at all. The employees disappear as soon as you enter the store or serve so slowly that you miss the train, even if it doesn't leave for 10 minutes. I will no longer enter this kiosk.

A blonde woman around 50 years old is so friendly and grumpy!! She's doing something in the warehouse even though there's a huge line at the checkout with working people who just need a quick cigarette or something else. She then slowly creeps forward, on the way things are put on the shelf, and everyone in the queue looks at her and thinks 'woman, please move forward!!!!' And when she finally gets served, she is just unsympathetic and unfriendly, instead of the money When you give it to your hand, you throw the change onto the tray where you can then collect every single coin together. So please, hiring someone like that at a train station is unreasonable! And there are enough people who could use the job and are a lot more patient and friendly with customers! I hope consequences are drawn otherwise I will no longer enter the store.

I've never been served so badly. The employees are rude and you can tell from afar that they don't want to work. The kiosk is very narrow and you wait forever. I will never buy anything there again.

Wanted to buy a six pack of beer today, it was 10:20 p.m. (according to Google it closes at 11 p.m.) and there were still 3-4 people at the checkout. I took out the six-pack, shortly afterwards an employee came to me and said "Hello, we don't sell anything after 10 p.m., the light in the fridge isn't turned off for nothing" in a very arrogant tone. He said it closes at 10 p.m., but if that's the case, why were there still 3 people at the checkout and 2 at the coffee machine? Anyway, I put the six-pack back and left. My first and last time there. P.S if you see a taller man with black hair (with a horsetail, I think), leave the store. Kind regards

Great service, friendly and quick

I have to admit, there is a kiosk at the top of Visawie from Outback. The boss is really really nice. I have rarely seen anyone so friendly and nice in the kiosk. He always has everything you need, just his smile and demeanor should be something that others should take note of. I think it's been there for more than 10 years, it was always at this kiosk when I was at school. If you want to get to know a kiosk seller with sympathy and respect, go to this kiosk. Cleanest kiosk in all of Zurich.

It couldn't be more unsympathetic! Employees are rude and yell at you. I wanted to buy a drink. Viellicht stood at the fridge with the drinks for less than 1 minute (there were no people) and the person at the checkout shouted at me: “Don't just look at it, buy it” with a disgusted tone. I went to the checkout and the sentence came back: “That's how the decision was made” simply disrespects how you speak to customers with such a tone and then you ask yourself why they don't have any customers.

terrible experience with an employee, she tells me the payment didn't go even though I saw with my own eyes that it was gone, I put the card back and the payment goes. Shortly after I checked my banking app and the payment was made twice, the lady refused to give me my money back.

Customer service is a foreign word. Cashier from May 6th, 2022 jumps away instead of cashing in on working customers. Update August: same cashier, same problem, everything else more important than cashing in the line of customers

I was there for the very first time and wanted to drop off a package because in this case it was only possible for free via the kiosk. But that didn't work because of an alleged system failure. When I asked if the package could be dropped off at another kiosk instead, the answer was negative. The saleswoman also said it was OK if I had to carry the package all the way home. Disastrous service and totally unfriendly. In any case, I never set foot in this business again.

Today Sat 5.2.22 time 5.25 p.m My god, hire people who can give it a bit of a boost... queuing for 1 ok 7 minutes is too much... There were 2 women there but only 1 left open.

The K-Kiosk is indispensable. The good specials in particular are always worth buying! Apart from the fact that the prices are rather high, you can find everything from magazines, tobacco products and much more in the kiosk! The K-'Kiosks can be found everywhere, there are now many locations! For my part, I always buy cigarettes at the K kiosk because they always have a special offer!

Actually not worth a star! I go to the kiosk almost every day and spend around 400 CHF a month. The employees are cheeky and seem very unsympathetic! After the inspection, my ID is simply thrown onto the thing I bought! There was also loud discussion about how much money was missing from the cash register and where it was. I believe such information should not be passed on to the customer! Recently several semi-experienced SBB users were waiting to get a coffee, but they thought wrongly that there wasn't any left because there was no more milk! I will avoid the kiosk in the future!

I dropped off 2 parcels a week ago, with doubts, because that was the first time I went to a parcel point. I know that kiosk salespeople don't have it easy and have enough work and now they basically have to work post office counters, which I find less fun for them. But free is free, the shipping costs at the post office are quite high, so I tested it. It works! 5* for the saleswoman, she was so friendly even though she was quite busy and not many people can do that these days!

Incredibly unfriendly staff. If you don't feel like having contact with people, you should just leave this job alone. I've been hit on stupidly by the same lady several times for no reason. Not ideal if customers notice as soon as they enter the store that you're having a bad day or that you're just generally a "pissed off" personality. Never again.

One saleswoman just complained about it in a loud and unfriendly tone because I paid with a 100 note. While she was collecting my money, she started a conversation with the next customer in which she loudly bragged about how she got drunk at the mulled wine stand every lunchtime. What is that? Since when have you been treated like this as a paying customer? What kind of work ethic is that supposed to be?

Super-nice staff (you'll be on your first name immediately). Fast service. So it's also the right place to grab something quickly before boarding the train.
