I've been going to the kiosk for tens of years and have never had any problems with the staff who represent the kiosk. The service is very fast and customer-oriented. It's probably the be-all and end-all at the BHF if the train shouldn't get away... then I can't understand some of the reviews, since we can all have a bad day sometimes.

Hello I've been working in Brugg for a short time now and go to the station kiosk very often, unfortunately there was a saleswoman there who served me unfriendly from the first day, unfortunately again this morning. No greetings, no thanks and no goodbyes either. I now always check who is working and only leave when that person is not working.

Leider sind viele Produkte viel zu teuer und können fast mit den Preisen von dem Selecta-Automaten vor dem Eingang konkurrieren. Mrs. Živkovic was a very kind seller and we cannot understand her dismissal. Another saleswoman with Albanian roots still remains very unfriendly. We call her "dragon🐉" Songange sich nichts ändert, bleibt meine 2⭐️ Bewertung.

We celebrated a family birthday here with 8 people, we knew the restaurant as a good upper middle class location and were massively disappointed: Despite a reservation, we got the table at the back; the seating was very tight. All the tables around us arrived after us and were served before us. Two plates were even accidentally delivered to our table instead of to the neighboring table. When the mistake was noticed by the service staff after about 5 minutes, the plates were simply brought to the correct table, which is an absolute no-go in my opinion. I received the beef fillet with fries and vegetables about 90 minutes after ordering. The fillet was good, the fries could have been fried a little longer and the vegetables were unfortunately almost cold. All in all a disappointment, which I would give 2/5 points. There is also one for the birthday child's birthday present.

When served, the schnitzel was in the salad dressing and unfortunately it was no longer crispy at all. Has it perhaps been ready to serve for a while? Unfortunately one star is lost, the second star is lost for the service. The waitress seems completely overwhelmed by every little thing. While ordering she simply said oh excuse me I have to look at something and just runs away for several minutes, this has never happened to me before. The drinks and the food come separately at a table with 2 people. Where possible, she cannot carry multiple items at the same time. We didn't think it was that bad, but overall it all stands out. Funnily enough, the waitress is wearing a mask. We wondered why, since she only wore the mask over her mouth. The kitchen gave a friendly greeting. Were you perhaps surprised that guests came? Well, I'm sorry, I probably won't be coming anymore. I tried it. The advertising in front of the house promises the best schnitzel. Unfortunately I don't think so at all.
