k kiosk in Adliswil

Rude. Please don't rush your customers when there's no one else in the store and you're just clearly impatient and have nothing better to do.

Lindi Gendis, a big boy with glasses, is the best thing I buy, I buy it well, always top and again normal I buy it.

Top location directly at the train station kiosk and post office! Very friendly staff, always with a smile on their face and top service. Thank you!

I've been living in Thalwil for 3 years and I just have to say it's the best place Of Switzerland.

Very unfriendly lady, friendly and cheerful staff were there six months ago. 👎🏼 I wasn't in the store for three seconds before the cashier started making fun of me...

Unfortunately, they prefer to make out rather than serve the customers! Really the worst kiosk in the canton of Zurich 😖 sorry not like that 😤 never come back!

Good Kiosk with post office. I've never experienced bad treatment like mentioned in other reviews. Maybe it's also about the customer. What goes around comes around ;-)

Was there again today and there were 2 very nice, courteous employees, a man and a woman. If only everyone were like the 2 and the range is amazing considering it's just a small kiosk it has a lot to choose from.

The lady who works there has very poor service-minded and very unfriendly. I've been there a lot of times and never get good service from her.

I was there on Wednesday 24.02 at 13:00 and the employee really made my day with her kindness, such a friendly and helpful lady. I stupidly didn t ask her name but she needs a bravo❤

I wanted to send important letters by registered mail today. I was in front of the entrance at 5:50 p.m. and 1. I and others waited for a really long time 2. Suddenly at 5:56 p.m. it was said that it was already closed even though it wasn't yet 6:00 p.m., in a very unfriendly manner from the somewhat chubby, dark-haired old woman. Although the website says it's open until 7 p.m. Instead of making us wait for nothing, you could be more friendly and tell people that it closes at 6 p.m. and still serve the customers. Otherwise, this woman wouldn't have to work there if she wanted to go home earlier than she had to work.

Today 1 Aril I wanted to buy cigarettes at 5:29 p.m. (shop closing time 5:30 p.m.), unfortunately I was told it was already closed! I hope the lack of business interest is not in the spirit of the k kiosk otherwise I will do my shopping somewhere else in the future! The behavior is anything but customer friendly.!!!!

The customer service from the employee on the 10.03.20 around 5pm is the worst. I asked her if she could check the price again as I had seen on internet that I could pay less and she started to talk to me without any respect at all and say I was going to get a fine and she didn't care. When I asked her why she was so "unsimpatisch" she raised her voice again and said I was calling her a lier. :-O So I told her I wanted to talk to a supervisor and wanted to know her name, she refused to say it. I asked her if I was supposed to take a picture of her so I could show who was the employee treating me not respectfully and she took her phone and threatened to call the police on me. I asked her. I didn't take any picture. I asked her if she could check. She yelled at me. I have never been treated so badly. I am sorry for the young man working there who is also getting this review. He's very nice. It's the chubby brown haired woman today who is completely crazy. I hope she learns how to treat customers. I don't wish anybody this experience.
