k kiosk in Oensingen

Disaster, unfortunately my issue could not be resolved here. Very unprofessional service who hardly understands or speaks German. Luckily we still have the K Kiosk in Mühlefeld Oensingen 🙏🏼 My concerns were answered very well there and the service was much friendlier than here. I even had to let three customers go because the waitress had no idea how to load a corner card. It's better not to go to this K kiosk for such matters. Then you don't stand in line for anything and let customers go first.

I wanted to buy some papers. For sure I wouldn't pay this with 1000 frank. The scary looking woman send me to hell with my coins. This is normal? This is how people behave in Switzerland? DISGUSTING! That kiosk is place with bad people. Never go there!

Very bad. If you want something that doesn't involve taking it and leaving but rather a 2 or 3 word conversation, avoid this kiosk!

Employee completely overwhelmed and arrogant. If you don't have to, don't go to this kiosk

Very poor service on the phone. There are people working there who have no idea what works and what doesn't work. I wanted to top up my OK card and was told on the phone that it couldn't be done without the card being scanned, even though it can be done manually with the number. And then the phone was given to me cheeky hung up twice. very bad and unqualified employees. (no stars otherwise not to be posted)
