Very nice restaurant with a lot of potential, which was not fully exploited. Service wasn't nice even though we only asked something completely normal. Plus it was too expensive, we didn't even get ice cream and lemon😪

The food here is always good and the portions are very large. The service isn't always great, but the food comes relatively quickly.

Order received incorrectly 3 times, guy at the counter super unfriendly, atmosphere too loud when busy. Therefore, we would unfortunately refrain from visiting again or recommending it. Service requires a smile and customer FRIENDLINESS. Otherwise you are simply out of place in this business. Taking orders and implementing them properly is no art either; spoken from practical experience!

Very good coffee and yummy sandwiches. Loved their bread. Also the lady who serves upstairs works real hard to keep evrything tidy and to serve her customers.

Unfortunately, brunch is not recommended. Extremely small selection for 45fr/person and uncomfortable because everything has to be ordered at the checkout where you stand on your feet. The staff was extremely disorganized, annoyed and correspondingly unfriendly. A pity.

Kaffee Klatsch Chur does EVERYTHING right! There are breakfast options, lunch, afternoon meals, cakes, pancakes, FRESH squeezed juices... The seating is also very comfortable and there are several rooms. So it's not as loud at full capacity. The service is nice and brings what you ordered, but you have to pay directly at the counter. - But understandable. Look at my pictures, that says it all 🥰 In terms of price, however, we are in the upper level. But the quality justifies it. Rarely have I eaten such delicious pancakes and cakes. 🎂 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Friendly welcome and service, very tasty and high quality food as well as drinks. The extensive selection of food and drinks means there is something for everyone. If you go to Kaffe Klatsch on the weekend, you'll immediately notice that it's a popular coffee shop. A reservation may therefore be recommended.

A beautiful place to have breakfast or lunch.

Great scene cafe with fantastic opening hours. As a result, it is always “well attended”. The food and drink selection differs greatly from the usual items, without forgetting the classic café. I think there really is something for everyone. You have to like the ambience and the style of self-service, but then it's really worth a visit. In terms of price, it's the same as all good cafes in the pedestrian zone, normal and expensive as usual, even though there is no table service. There is actually a lot of home-made selection available for your tea. So if you haven't been there yet, go. We liked it.

I visited Kaffee Klatsch today and ordered a coffee that was unfortunately of poor quality, particularly very bitter. After I complained about the coffee, I encountered unfriendly incomprehension from the staff. Instead of an apology and a willingness to replace the coffee, my complaint was mocked and I was told that the coffee always tasted like that. Although I am generally a fan of Kaffee Klatsch, I find the staff's reaction to be less than customer-friendly.

I still know the veteran from Davos. The sweet little coffee where I met up with friends. The Klatsch in Chur is just as beautifully decorated with lots of kitsch and clutter. That's a matter of taste. Well, you are half served. You order your coffee at the cash register downstairs. As long as you get to it. There was a lady at the checkout who then disappeared to neatly wrap up a voucher within 5 minutes. So my companion had to wait almost 15 minutes until I came back. But by far it was the most expensive cappuccino I've ever had. 7.10 Fr. For a cappuccino? That's hard!

ATTENTION RIP-OFF 12 francs for a small glass of orange juice?!?!

Really very nice cafe! It has a special charm, delicious food and a huge selection of hot drinks. Of course a little crowded on the weekend, but it's worth it. The food still came quickly!

Loved the decor of this place. Chandeliers, old wood tables, table settings, food decors. We went there for breakfast. Tried my 1st Irish coffee there. Breakfast bunch was delicious. We tried only a few. Only thing we didn't like was that one guy at the counter giving us attitude. Probably because we took 10seconds more to choose our breakfast. Everything else was nice and even other staffs except that guy.

It's a chain and I can not say value for price is overwhelming :o

We came here spontaneously in the morning after a long train journey, looked around and returned in the afternoon. The extremely friendly waitress made room for us at the last minute and gave us great recommendations. The Caesar salads were very good, and I particularly appreciated that we were given a selection of sourdough and wholemeal breads on the side - they were hearty and filling. Keep it up!

The menu included rösti with seasonal vegetables and a fried egg. We pointed to it and ordered “the one with fried eggs and seasonal vegetables”. It was then delivered without rösti. When asked, the misunderstanding emerged. However, I don't understand how this misunderstanding could have arisen, as there were only vegetables with a fried egg on the menu and we clearly pointed to the rösti when ordering. Well, we were then offered to order a rösti, which we did. By the time the rösti arrived, the rest was cold. The rösti was then billed again for another 15 francs, so 2x vegetables with a fried egg and a rösti cost 45chf instead of 36... Misunderstandings happen, but if it's obviously not the customer's fault and the customer then has to eat his food cold, I think they could have given us the rösti and shown some goodwill.

We were able to enjoy an excellent family breakfast. The pancakes are delicious, the muesli are very good, the coffee is excellent… the people serving us were very friendly, in a very nicely decorated setting. We highly recommend this cafe.

I had some time to waste and wanted a relaxing place to have breakfast and catch some sun. This cafe met my expectations. I ordered a large cappuccino, cinnamon roll and their homemade bircher. I sat outside and enjoyed the mountain views Not all the outdoor seats had cushions and arrive could be a little slow - unsure if it is table service or counter service. Food was very good and reasonably priced (for Switzerland!)

A dream for those who love cakes, smoothies, waffles, pastries, coffee, cappuccino and in short everything you expect from a coffee shop. Immersed in an authentically retro atmosphere (the spaces once housed the old post office), we had a snack that made us happy. When we were there (3 June) there was no table service, but who wants to miss the pleasure of going to the counter to choose from so many delicacies? NB. Impeccable bathrooms

Proud prices but good food and good coffee.

Maybe I should have asked how expensive the berry smoothie was, but I didn't expect it to cost more than a glass of wine. Unfortunately, I also neglected to ask whether it was a real berry smoothie or the “milkshake-like version” - it was the latter. Nobody forced me and of course I could have gone somewhere else. Nevertheless, I think 11.90 for a smoothie with a relatively high amount of dairy product in relation to berries (maybe I'm wrong) is really too much. I had to pay before I received the product (sitting outside) - which I found somehow strange - but there are definitely reasons for it, I hope. Staff otherwise polite and I can't say anything about other products. Smoothie not recommended - in terms of taste and price. Coffees looked delicious as I walked past and in principle I had heard good things about the place beforehand.

Normally excellent, even if the prices are in the medium/high range. As a rule I would give 4 stars for the food. Today I ordered a *Salted Oatmeal with Butter*, which unfortunately turned out to be much too salty... and therefore only two stars (even too many) Despite having brought the dish back, kindly explaining the matter to the waiter, I was not offered anything as a replacement or at least an apology. For the price, really disappointing. I was left empty-handed (and salty). A missed opportunity on the part of the managers to "make amends". I'll think about it before I return. Too bad, the environment and everything else, are normally really good...😰

Very nice café, great staff who really care about their guests. A tip for all brunch and breakfast fans is the buffet on Sunday! Delicious croissants, various egg dishes and pancakes offer a great selection.

From the first second you notice that the café is run with a lot of love. No matter whether it's breakfast, lunch or coffee and cake in the afternoon - every visit is something special. And the cappuccino is simply world class. Many thanks to the entire team!

Good coffee, delicious snacks and even real meals, the Kaffeeklatsch offers you everything. The only thing I regret is that it is so popular and you sometimes have to be extremely lucky to get a table. The fact that this is the only negative thing definitely speaks for the Kaffeeklatsch, would recommend 10/10

Absolutely great restaurant/bakery/pastry shop, in a very classic, time-honored style, located right on the main road through Chur. Lots of different delicacies, from sweet to savory snacks to complete meals. Daily specials/menus, certain pastries have a great price-performance ratio. You can get fresh, aromatic fruit water yourself for free.

Instead of cappuccino you get milk coffee with foam. Tea poured lukewarm instead of hot. Food served does not correspond to the samples displayed, half fruit, less toppings, etc.). The staff is overwhelmed. 10-20% overpriced, prices like a big tourist city. Lots of room for improvement.

A really great cafe. Very cozy atmosphere, great, friendly service and very fine food and coffee specialties. Our food came super quickly and everything was very tasty. It was really very comfortable and we sat here for 1-2 hours during lunch. Highly recommended, we would love to come back.

Salads, stew, pizza and sweets. It's what we ordered and the quality is pretty good. Of course, we are talking about Switzerland, which estimates that compared to other countries the price of orders is quite high.
