Frank Spenna (one of the founders) was at our house for a home barista course, which I can recommend without any ifs and buts. Frank completely covered our needs and questions and we are definitely wiser after the 3 hours. Really impressed by the high quality coffee from Kaffee Manufaktur Zürich. The Tanzanian robusta is my go-to. It is easy to order from the online shop and the shipment always arrives on time. Restocking my pantry with their beans is a part of my monthly routine now. Highly recommend for those looking for a quality roast and very efficient service.

First things first: great coffee! I also think the packaging format as a letter is cool. This means you can order multiple times without additional shipping costs, instead of just bulk orders like other roasters. This combination of great coffee that is always freshly roasted at home without having to pay a disproportionate amount for shipping costs is simply perfect!
