Long wait to order. Plate unseasoned cold / fried noodles also cold mess at 1:10 p.m. never again

Most expensive Kaimug in ZH! Nowhere else can you get as little as here for the same price. (Freshly prepared) Pad Thai not recommended. No taste, hard tofu, strange red sauce, hardly any decoration. I thought that if it was freshly prepared, something better would come along. Suggestions for improvement: Less red paste, more fish sauce More vegetables, less egg & tofu Fresh sprouts instead of fried ones 2-3 slices of cucumber I ordered chilli separately and it didn't make it taste any better Addendum from March 23, 2024: Nothing has changed for the better in the meantime > see photo of Fried Rice - please also compare with photos from Kaimug Altstetten & Glattzentrum Another star deduction for the improvement 🤬 Since I've now reached the bottom of the rating, this branch is now being avoided

Unfortunately not really a great experience. I was there as a guest for the first time today. There is ready-cooked curry and fried rice and a noodle dish, unfortunately everything looked dry, if it sits for a long time, that's normal, but not appealing. I decided on something that had to be freshly prepared and that was the Pad Thai, well what can I say, I got the right noodles and the peanuts too, but what kind of fake red "sweet-sour" sauce was that? You can see the picture in the attachment, sorry, it doesn't work at all, then the lady said it was delivered that way for the "European palate". No tamarind based sauce, no palm sugar, no fish sauce, no garlic chives and so on. Please check out Pailin (Youtube Hot Thai Kitchen) for the original.

Fresh thai dishes at a good price/quality ratio

I ordered take away. The wait was long even though there weren't many people. The service seemed stressed and was unfriendly. Unfortunately, the food was packaged very poorly, so I spilled everything on the way home. Unfortunately the quality is no longer what it used to be

Fine, vegan options and short waiting times. But far too few toilets nearby for the many guests.

Even after asking several times, I did not receive a receipt for my consumption. Service was unfriendly.

I liked the red Thai curry. I'll be back.

This evening we passed their Asian restaurant and felt like eating Asian. Since we didn't have that much experience with Asian cuisine, Ms. Meyla Ettlin explained to us in great detail and attentively how it was prepared, so we quickly ordered. Simply top, very tasty and freshly prepared, keep it up.

Crispy duck neither fresh nor crispy… lots of rice and vegetables, but hardly any duck to be seen… really disappointing

Pictures taken from owner are much better looking as the food which lands in your plate. Was not even lukewarm. By chance a Microwave Oven is at guests disposal. Food isn’t bad for the price but no more.

This drink costs more than a beer. In general, Migros' pricing policy leaves a lot to be desired. The salad buffet in particular is overpriced and is completely out of proportion compared to the ready meals.

Simply Avoid. Soul-less food, served by emotionless people with "I-don't-care-I-just-work-here" faces. If you like salty, bland food that vaguely resembles something that came from Thailand - then this is the place for you! Obviously the staff here are not proud of what they are serving or what they are employed to do. When was the last time you saw a Thai Restaurant serve a single-portion, plastic packet of Sweet Chilli Sauce?!? Shameful.

Dear KAIMUG team I always enjoy coming back and can confirm the good food. Very friendly and loving staff. Many customers sometimes experience waiting times, perhaps the processes can be optimized somewhat. A few more tables wouldn't be bad either, it fills up quickly at lunchtime. Kaimug is always good for a quick Thai meal. good ingredients and acceptable price. However, the fried rice is often cold or lukewarm. staff very friendly.

Unfortunately, not only has the quality declined significantly, but the taste is anything but worth the hefty price tag. The rice is completely sticky, over-seasoned and the meat and juice were poured directly over the dish from a watery container.

I ordered food at 11:30 a.m. on a Monday and waited 20 minutes for it, even though there were only two people in line. The rice noodles in the wok dish were hard and the food was lukewarm. The lady at the counter didn't know apple spritzer and said rudely that I should order something else. Added to this is the proud price. I won't go there anymore.

The Pad Thai is highly recommended! Always freshly prepared and very tasty 😋 the staff are always friendly! I would love to come back 😀 by the way: super quick to prepare 👍

If you are here in the evening you need good teeth, the food is very dry and not fresh, dear Migros, you have to intervene here if you want to keep your customers in difficult times like after Corona

A single employee at rush hour preparing meals from scratch. Took way too much time. Migros, please take care of your people. It's not the employees fault.

By far the worst "Kaimug" in the Zurich region!! I often have something for lunch at Kaimug HB/Löwenplatz or Bellevue and it is always TOP!! I was in Regensdorf for the second time today. Unfortunately, the wok vegetables are inedible because they have such an intense soy sauce that they are too bitter. The last time I had the vegetable curry and it just didn't taste good. Staff is not well instructed about "poinz".

I would have expected much more taste and sophistication from authentic Thai cuisine. However, the staff was authentic and very friendly!
